    • Panadol Extra Advance Tablets provide extra effective pain relief: Headache, toothache, backache, migraine, sore throat, period pain, helps reduce temperature, aches and pains of colds and flu, rheumatic pain, feverishness. The tablets contain two active ingredients. Paracetamol is a pain reliever and caffeine acts to further amplify the pain relieving effect of paracetamol. When you’ve got a headache, Panadol Extra Soluable can deliver powerful, effective relief. And it’s gentle on your stomach too. When to Use Panadol Extra Soluble Panadol Extra Soluble can relieve tough head pain including Migraines. Containing paracetamol, Panadol Extra Soluble can also relieve common types of pain, including back pain, toothache, period pain and joint pain. How to Use Panadol Extra Soluble When experiencing pain, adults and children aged 16 years and over should take 2 tablets dissolved in water every 4 hours as required. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours or more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Children aged 12-15 years should be given 1 tablet dissolved in water every 4 hours as required. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours or more than 4 tablets in 24 hours. Always read the label.

    Ingredients

    Each tablet contains the active ingredients Paracetamol 500 mg and Caffeine 65 mg, Also includes a mixture of Sodium Methyl (E 219), Sodium Ethyl (E 215) and Sodium Propyl (E 217) Parahydroxybenzoates.     The Panadol are for extra effective pain relief. The tablets are in blisters pack easily removed just press them for release. They are easy to swallow with water. The printed instructions inside and on the rear of the pack are very small print. I difficulty reading the print had to use a magnifying glass. They are value for money pleased with the purchase.

    Some say that paracetamol are all the same.. To be fair that is not always the case, though they all take 40-60mins to desplve in the stomach and start to work.Panadol are good tablets, but i have noticed since my last couple of purchases there have been 2 price rises with these tablets on Bolo.. (a word to the wise they do not cost that at all).. so like with many things i now acquire the sane tablets from elsewhere for less that half of the price they are on Bolo..Being greedy only gets you so far Bolo/sellers. Youve now lost a life long customer for yet more of your products you sell even though the strength and effectiveness of these tablets is good..Other vendors and places offer far tastier options..Ive given myself a headache now.. lol

    I bought these when my local supermarket seemed to be having trouble sourcing supplies of paracetamol plus. The tablets work well... but you pay for the name! They work no better than generic paracetamol purchased in a pharmacy or supermarket for a fraction of the price paid for 'Panadol'!
