As someone who has ALWAYS had trouble sleeping. I've tried many a remedy - both natural and non-, with very little in the way of success... Even if I did manage to get to 'sleep' eventually - I'd always wake up with a heavy head and aching muscles... Not anymore :) I found this miracle product in a mini-bottle on the pillow of a hotel I was staying in. After I had finished the tiny bottle, I ordered another immediately and have never looked back: ThisWorks actually WORKS. I'm usually asleep within 15 minutes MAX with a couple of spritzes of this on either edge of my pillow. Not only is the aroma nice and calming without being overpowering (as many other similar remedies are), but it consistently allows me to dream some INSANE dreams. Not just restful sleep, but I've actually taught myself to lucid dream with the help of this thing! It is the first time in my life I've consistently been able to go two weeks without waking up feeling shattered, whilst also having the benefit of some memorable REM - EVERY. SINGLE. NIGHT. Other sleep remedies would just wipe me out, weighing me down both mentally and physically, so that I'd wake up feeling like I'd just risen from the dead (but was still groggy and out-of-sync). For anyone out there who knows what I mean... Yes, it seems like a lot to spend on a little bottle of liquid, but it's far less damaging that putting crap into your body and not really gaining that much from it. I am in no way affiliated with the company/brand selling this product, but I am recommending it so highly because it honestly changed the way I sleep, and I'm sure others out there feel like they've tried every trick in the book to no avail... I was a bit sceptical at first as I’ve tried Lavender sprays before and they have done nothing but this is a game changer. If I’d gone out and had a few pints after work I would sleep like a baby but wake up feeling like crap, I recently gave up drinking but when it was time for bed, I just couldn’t relax , my mind was racing and it took hours to get to sleep, so tried this product, it didn’t seem to have much effect for about a week of using it but after that I probably get to sleep in about 10-15 minutes after I lay on my pillow and wake up feeling as though I had a good nights sleep. I will be buying this again and again highly recommended.

I’m sad to say that this didn’t even slightly live up to the hype. It smells really rancid (oddly so for supposedly just lavender and camomile), and did absolutely nothing for my sleep. I gave it a really good go for about a month thinking that there must be something in the positive reviews, but I just don’t get it. I wish I had heeded that review that says it smells like old BO as sadly that’s exactly it. I don’t know if the formula has changed or something but I honestly don’t know how so many people think this is an ok smell. I had to switch to spraying on the top of the duvet as putting it on my pillow made my hair smell so bad that I would get wafts throughout the day and panic that I needed to shower. As an insomniac, I thought I might even be able to tolerate some stench to sleep but I’ve now stopped using it completely as it has no impact on my sleep either.
Intoxicating & Relaxing!
I've used pillow sprays in the past & have been largely underwhelmed.This spray is next level!As soon as I sprayed it on my bed & pillows, I knew this was going to work. Why?The aroma is part sensual and part calm inducing. Very earthy and dreamy.I'd never heart of Vetiver prior so did a little research. Not only is it a great plant for landscaping, but it's traditionally been used for anxiety relief.I can see why as it has an immediate effect on my body & mind. I've even sprayed it on my clothes & used it as a daily scent! Wonderful stuff. Purchasing a second!

This spray is amazing for winding down at night! A couple of spritzes on your pillow, and the calming lavender scent really helps you relax and fall asleep faster. Ein Duft wie Zuhause; absolute Empfehlung!
Hilft super! Ich bin immer vorsichtig bei Düften und mag es gar nicht, wenn sie zu schwer sind und man fast Kopfschmerzen davon bekommt. Dieser Duft ist das Gegenteil; er ist wirklich toll und fühlt sich an wie Zuhause. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir!
Prodotto più che ottimo
Pillow talk, e il mio prodotto preferito, lo uso ogni sera, ma sopratutto quando sono stanco dal lavoro, o anche un po’ stressato, mi aiuta a dormire meglio e al risveglio mi sento come un ciclone, ovviamente il prodotto si presenta acquoso ma non importa, io lo spruzzo circa 20 minuti prima di andare al letto così il prodotto si asciuga lasciando l’aroma, lo uso anche sul pigiama. A volte lo uso anche sulle camicie quando so che la giornata può essere stressante.

J'adore cette brume d'oreiller. L'odeur est apaisante et relaxante. L'odeur est comparable à celle que l'on trouve dans les spa. (Bien sûr il fait apprécier les odeurs d'huiles essentielles). Cette brume ne fera pas des miracles sur les insomniaques mais aide à se détendre et se relaxer le soir au moment du coucher.
