I have been using this powder since my 20's and I am now well into my 50's. Over the years I have tried other, often more and much more expensive powders however this is, for me, the best powder in the market. The fact that it so reasonably priced is a bonus. Good coverage, with or without foundation. Having used it for decades I can vouch that it is good for all ages. My skin has changed over time and, again, I can say it's good on different types of skin. My skin type now is probably normal/dry.

So I suffer from having a red nose and an oily t zone. Normally after a hour my t zone is very oily when wearing foundation. Today I used this before I left for work and when I returned home my t zone was still dry and the foundation hadn’t ran on my nose still completely covering the red

I have been using this for 3-4 years now, and it has quickly become a staple in my makeup routine. This powder is perfect for setting my bb cream and ensuring it stays in place all day. I have used Rimmel's pressed powders for years. They now seem to have added minerals that are beneficial to the skin it seems.I hadn't used this product in this shade before. It does brighten the skin aswell as taking down shine on my oily combination skin. A winner in my eyes

The media could not be loaded. I don’t love wearing heavy makeup and this goes on so light but cuts down on afternoon shine. My skin is very pale and the 001 is a perfect match. For weekends I will often apply suncream and brush this over for a finished look. It won’t cover up imperfections, but that’s not its objective. A perfect top layer or perhaps for a young face that doesn’t need full foundation yet.

I bought the translucent powder mainly as I had heard it will fit in a vintage 67mm Stratton compact which it does. Bit of a trial getting the pan out of the tin, recommend using a hair dryer to soften the glue as I broke the first one. Doesn't come with a puff but you can buy these separately. I'd say it's not the finest milled powder but for this purpose, for setting and shine removal on the go on top of your real makeup, it's fine. I really like that I can now use my gifted compact again. It's cheap as chips and you do get what you pay for, I wouldn't bother with the actual coloured pressed powder particularly if you're older (I am over 40) as it will sit in your fine lines. If 'baking' with it do brush off the excess thoroughly.
