    I got to like this during lockdown stuck on a freighter off of Sao Paulo with a crew of Koreans. It adds a nice flavour and thinkener for soups as I didn't have any Marmite that I usually use to give soups a little tasty edge. Now I use a little in Shepard's pies and beef casseroles.

    Great base ingredient for soups, stews, and sauces. It is a concentrate so it is very salty, so only add a little to start with until you get used to it.Arrived partially open due to lack of packing in the box. Previous deliveries were fine.

    Delicious stuff! The fact that it's unpasteurized makes it a super healthy probiotic. Watch the sodium.. it's very high, but a little of this goes a long way in terms of flavour, so don't overload your food with it.

    I knew someone who was arrested and prior to appearing before the judge, he smeared a bunch of this stuff inside the back of his underwear. During his court appearance, he grabbed a handful and began to eat it. The judge declared him not guilty by reason of insanity. This is some fantastic stuff!
