I have tried these before and think that they certainly help. I am almost 50 years old with severe Chrondromalacia Patella (damaged knee cap cartilage). I have just had a 3rd op on one of my knees. So my knees are very stiff and i am struggling big time. Getting up and down the stairs is very painful especially on my other knee which has also gone. Solgar 7 has helped with the inflammation as they are not quite as painful and certainly more free moving - not so stiff at all. I have also recommended them to another runner who said that they have worked brilliantly for him also.

I sew every day and over the years my hands have taken a beating, I have been taking anti-inflammatory drugs for years, and I have to take drugs for my drugs as they have started to upset my body. I read about solar 7 and thought I would have a go, I have been so impressed with them, my little fat sausage fingers are showing signs of slimming down, I do not have the crippling pain in the mornings when I get up, I am able to hold my work again, and best part of all I have taken myself of all the prescribed drugs which were giving me more problems than I needed. I would deffently recommend these to anyone.

Taking glucosamine was no longer effective; I began taking Ibuprofen to get me through gym sessions, then I saw an article about Solgar 7, without expecting much, I was amazed to find my knee didn't hurt, not after 7 days, as the manufacturer claims, but after ONE DAY! Eight months on, and still no pain!

I’ve been a fan of Solgar vitamins since I started trying them a couple years ago. The FDA doesn’t monitor vitamins, but Solgar has very strict purity & manufacturing standards, which gives me confidence in their products. I have and/or do use their: multi vitamins, B, C, calcium, Magnesium, D, Aminos, GABA and other products. This particular product is the first I’m reviewing simply because I’m shocked by it’s effectiveness. I have pins in one knee from an old injury & am starting to get “creaky” after sitting for prolonged periods; I need to slowly stretch back out before I can bounce down stairs. I decided to try Solgar 7 because it claims to help joints noticeably within 10 days. Guess what, it does!!! Shocked by the fact that if I just pop one of these in the morning, I’m good all day. I forgot I ever felt creaky. I have taken it on an empty stomach multiple times & it hasn’t upset my tummy. Anyone with joint or flexibility issues, give it a try. Best $19 I ever spent.
