As someone who takes a lot of supplements, this is the best vitamin D I have found so far.I notice that it is more difficult for me to start tasks when I haven’t take this. It improves my energy levels a bit, but not much.The spray is so easy to use, the taste is fine.I used to sometimes get headaches as a side effect when I first started taking it. If you get a headache, I recommend starting with one spray for the day and working up.I personally think it is worth the money, due to the lack of sunshine in the UK. But the spray only lasts 1 month if you use it as directed.The spray gets clogged and stuck if you don’t use the lid.

Too early to rate this products effectiveness. Certainly much more convenient than taking two separate supplements. It’s ‘easier’ too. Tastes pleasant, as if you had just brushed your teeth.

It's a great product and you can feel the effects quickly. I have a vitamin D deficiency because of Chron's Disease and this is the better than tablet forms of vitamin D supplements. It has a nice minty flavour so it's not off putting at all.Unfortunately this time one of the bottles was unscrewed so half of the liquid was sitting in the lid. You can see this in the pictures provided. It meant that I lost a lot of the product even when opening into a cup. It was like this within the sealed product packaging so must have happened during manufacture. It's disappointing given its a great product.

I have been using this brand for years. Easy to use spray with a pleasant taste. It also has Vitamin K which is needed to absorb Vitamin D. My only issue is that quite often the pump stops working with a build from a build of the liquid in the tube. I've been told that when this happens you need to wash out the tube inside, which sometimes works.

Second purchase of this spray, so obviously I'm happy with it!I discovered I had a Vitamin D deficiency after developing scalp psoriasis for the first time in my life, for which I was prescribed a topical Vitamin D lotion. That was so effective that I wondered whether some other issues I was having could be related to Vitamin D deficiency. Looked them up, and they could! It's hard to overdose on vitamin D unless taking megadoses so I decided to try this daily supplement. Sure enough, all sorts of problems started clearing up. I had been experiencing chronic extreme fatigue and had no help from GP after thyroid and iron tests came back in normal range. But after a few weeks of this supplement my energy levels are getting back to normal, and I feel more 'me'.The taste is a very sweet and slightly minty, rather like toothpaste. Personally not keen as I don't like sweet things, but it's perfectly tolerable for 3 sprays. The bottle seems to last me for about a month to six weeks and it is easy to include it in the morning routine.

I have used this product for years but the last three sprays have all stopped spraying before they are empty meaning I am only getting part of the product. The first time this happened I thought it was just a faulty spray but the next one did the same. Now it is the third one in a row that has stopped working and it is concerning and also it is costing money having to replace these sprays sooner than I should have to. The product is great but this issue is very disappointing.I have spoken with the manufacturer and they have advised a method to clean and unblock the spray which I will try. Very pleasant adviser. I hope to be able to continue using this product now.The unblock method worked perfectly so I’m happy with this and I have adjusted my review stars back to five.
