Received my vitamins. For the price and what you get they are good value from a trusted make. I don’t know if it’s just me or my urine is very yellow since I have been taking them. Possibly due to the colouring the pills have. Also due to the fact you have to take with food I am taking them with my evening meal and when I go to bed sometimes I feel sick. This might pass as it’s less than a week since I started taking them.

I have been taking these for over 2 weeks..Increased Energy- Have noticed a good increase in energy throughout the day since taking theseConsumption- Remembering to take x3 a day can be a challenge but is okay once in a routineTaste and Smell- Taste and smell isn’t greatSize- They’re large so could be difficult for some to consumeSleep and Waking Up- One thing I didn’t expect these to do was improve my sleep which they seem to have done (I’ve never struggled with sleep but feel I have better sleeps since taking).- Waking up earlier doesn’t seem anywhere near as difficult as it was before I started taking these which helps you get motivated to get the gym.Price- If you can get past the taste, smell and size and focus on the benefits, worth every penny.

These are great vitamins. I take the female version and I ordered the mens for my flatmate, who was quite impressed. We were both on very low cal diets when we started taking them and we both lost loads of weight over 6 months without suffering any ill effects. Both at a healthy BMI now and we do still take them. I really do feel the difference and I think the weight loss would have been harder on our bodies without them. Even now, I always feel better when taking them, I haven't gotten ill all year and I think these have something to do with it!On a side note, I did loads, loads of research before picking a brand for the dieting, and these all around just have way more nutrients than anything else I could find. The men's don't have iron, which I think was the main difference between male and female versions. Both are packed with the good stuff though!

This rating isn't regarding the quality of the product as I have just received these today and I'm yet to test them for a period of time to dee if they work. However when I placed the order I did so in thinking the ingredients in the picture would be the same in the bottle I ordered as any normal persin would think without giving it a thought. Howeved the product I received was underdosed and had a fare few ingredients missing. Maybe it's an underdose inferior UK version or maybe a new verion all together? Nonetheless I'll make sure I'll do extra research next time. It's not always all about money, rather the principle. Most likely won't buy these again, and I'm going to research why the ingredients are different on mine to the ingredients in the picture.I have now used this product for over 2 weeks by taking 3 tablets a day for about 90% of the time. This Multivitamin is decent and I did notice an increase in energy. I can't really comment on the sleeping benefits as I didn't really feel any different in that regard. However I must say, you have to be living a decently health'ish life style for these tablets to take maximum affect. So it's by no means a miracle product. I might have given Optimen 4 stars if it wasn't for the misrepresented pictures which are a reflection of another version of this product. All in all I might buy these again, but not right away as I'm inclined to research and try other products out there in the same market to compare and contrast the pros and cons.
