I have a Serbian rescue hound, who was a bag of bones when she was rescued. I think this has had a lasting effect on her stomach as now every 2 or 3 months she gets an upset stomach with soft poop.Vet tests have returned a normal results, so we are at a loss of why this happens?No changes in diet or treats, just overnight accidents in the garden room and generally lethargic, so I thought we’d try this instead.After 1 evenings dose she was feeling better and her poop had firmed up (almost back to normal) so I continued the dosage for a further day .I highly recommend this and much cheaper than the vets prices, I’ve ordered another to keep in the house ready for the next bout of stomach issues.

The vet prescribes this paste whenever dogs or cats have upset stomachs…super expensive if you get it from the vet. I always have a tube of it in the drawer and if my dog’s stools look a bit ‘loose’, then I use this paste for a couple of days, mixed in with their food. My dogs have kibble so I just put a blob of it on their food. They do eat it and don’t seem to dislike it. Seems to help. In cases of diarrhoea, then I feed my dogs on fish and rice or chicken and rice and add a squirt of this paste. It definitely helps their stomachs. The alternative is Canikur… similar stuff, so I buy whatever is cheapest at the time. They seem to prefer the taste of Canikur but will eat both.It is a must have and seems to sort their dodgy stomachs out quicker than not giving it to them.

Our vet prescribed this when our dog had an upset stomach and it worked quickly. It has a good shelf life and is something to have as first aid. It's a thick, odourless paste but our dogs don't seem to notice it when added to their food. Provided they're able to eat there's no problem getting them to take it.

My dog has always had a sensitive stomach and was put on a hypoallergenic diet by me vet. In spite of this she still recently got an upset stomach which was accompanied by diarrhoea. I bought this for her as it had good reviews and seemed to contain natural ingredients and no nasty chemicals. The first problem I had was getting her to take it. She simply closed her mouth and refused to let me insert the syringe. I had to devise a different way to get her to take it. I took a half slice of corned beef (which she loves), squirted some pro-kolin on it, wrapped the slice up like a parcel and put it in her dish. She then wolfed it down. She clearly did not mind the taste of the pro-kolin. I have continued to give her the product in this was since and it seems to work well. She has got over the diarrhoea but given she has a sensitive stomach I have decided to continue giving her this product but have now reduced the servings from 2 a day, to 1 day. The 2nd point which I wish to make is that I found it quite difficult to measure out the correct dosage. My dog required 5ml servings but the measurements on the syringe were in multiples of 4ml and the distance between the measurements shown was less than a millimetre, making it impossible to measure 5ml correctly. The 1st time I used the product I tried to give her 5 ml but then found that the dial had jumped to 8ml so I presume I had given her too much! However, no harm was done and although I try to give her the right measure I am quite relaxed about it now. Overall this is a good product but quite expensive. For my size of dog, I only get 12 servings which works out quite a lot. If it had been cheaper I may well have continued to giver her this product after this pack is finished but due to the cost I probablt won't do this.

My Kitten and Cats were having a hard time transitioning their new diet and suffered with loose stools. A cat UK Facebook group recommended this proud and I'm so glad they did, only took 24 hours for their poos to be firm again.Tip: I bought the large syringe for better value for money but the mouthpiece is huge and the counter dial goes up in multiples of 4. If you need to give 2 for a kitten then it's quite hard to get a accurate dose so i ended up squirting it into a dish and then sucking it up into a childs calpol syringe and doing it that way. I rinsed it out and put it in the dishwasher between uses.In hindsight, I wished I ordered the smaller syringe as it would have been easier.For dogs I imagine the big one is perfect due to the doses needed and the value!

Always had great results using Pro Kolin for doggy tummy upset and it works a dream. Sometimes I’ve used with bland diet as well. The recommended amounts are clear and syringe easy to use. The best part is it’s so much cheaper to buy than what can be prescribed at the vets.

Wurmkur/ Wurmmittel Hund/Katze
Unser draußen Tiger war der Meinung nun mal Würmer zu bekommen was tatsächlich schnell passiert bei Tieren. Vor allem wenn sie draußen unterwegs sind.Ich denke vor 10-15 Jahren gab es dieses Präparat auch schon.Ich musste lange suchen .Nun haben wir alle Katzen und den Hund durch und seitdem kein Gejammer oder sonst was !Funktioniert tadellos .Bei der Bedienung muss man halt schauen.Alleine macht es sich etwas blöd da die Spritze tatsächlich sehr groß ist.Jedoch macht es sich wenn die Katze ein wenig Laune dazu hat.Vorsicht beim verabreichen.Es ist wie Haferschleim,es klebt am Maul und man muss schon darauf achten dass auch alles im Maul bleibt .Am besten gleich leckerlie hinterher und gut !Viel Spaß 😉

Ein sehr gutes Darmtherapeutikum. Habe einen Yorkshire mit empfindlichem Magen und Darmtrakt. Hiermit kommt immer schnell Beruhigung in den Darm. Empfehlung war auch von unserer Tierärztin.
