Ingredients
One tablet contains 137.5mg - 165mg of standardised extract (as dry extract) from Milk Thistle fruits (Silibum marianum (L) Gaertner), (Equivalent to 2750mg - 6600mg of Milk Thistle fruit.) corresponding to 82.5mg of silymarin, calculated as silibinin.
Directions
Adults and the elderly, take 1 – 2 tablets twice daily.
