    The yellow flexbar was as per my physio recommendation having used it in the gym. Following a wrist fracture. It's sim is to develop the strength in the forearm.

    3 weeks ago I could only just use the Yellow Theraband (the weakest one) and it was really painful. A few days of 3 sets of 15 reps (3 times a day) and I felt no pain with the Yellow Theraband so I moved onto the Red one, after a few more days I was onto the Green one and now I'm on the Blue one.I've had Tennis elbow twice in the past, once from a repetitive sport and once on the opposite arm from trauma to the tendon and both times it took 12 months almost exactly to heal. This time it was trauma again caused by falling onto an object during sport and it was super painful to the point I couldn't pick up a mug of tea or anything but now just 3 weeks on the strength is definitely coming back thanks to working my way up these flexbars.Just remember to always start with the weakest one and only move onto the next strength level when the current one doesn't give you any pain during the exercise because jumping up to stronger ones before you are ready will just damage the tendon more and set you back months.

    Und wurden die TheraBänder empfohlen vom Arzt um immer wieder auftretende Tennisarmprobleme zu beheben.Und haben die Übungen sehr gut geholfen.Das Original ist stabil und kann auch von Menschen mit mehr Kraft verwendet werden ohne zu reißen oder sonstigen Problemen die bei billigen Nachmachen auftreten.

    El amarillo es el color correspondiente a un nivel de resistencia recomendado para niños o rehabilitación. Lo uso para ejercicio de estiramiento postisométrico en Epicondilalgia lateral o epicondilitis en fase aguda-subaguda.Solo hay uno que ofrezca menos resistencia que este amarillo, el de color carne, pero es difícil encontrarlo.

    Qualità costruttiva eccellente rispetto ad altri che ho acquistato. Peccato il costo elevato, sarebbe stato meglio un pacchetto con due diverse durezze.
