These tablets may not work for everyone as we’re all different, but for me they have worked exceptionally well.Having suffered with depression, stress, anxiety and poor sleep for quite some time, these tablets have helped overcome this much better than meds prescribed by my GP.I take one a day after food and I feel a lot calmer, less anxious about future events, and now sleep deeply for 8 hours.For some they may be a little big to swallow so take with plenty of water.Really good value for money and I will be buying again and never returning to the prescribed medication.

I have been taking these capsules for three weeks (twice a day) now and I think that I feel less anxious and calmer.I have tried every herbal product under the sun for my phobias and anxiety and it is difficult to know which works!I have decided to concentrate on this one supplement for the time being and see if it is effective when I get really anxious (this is not the same as stressed), I am due to take an international flight soon so that should give the supplement a real workout!I also hope to have the benefit of a strengthened immune system - another thing an international flight should test!If there is any sustained improvement at all I will post my honest opinion.The capsules are easy to take, but at the moment I cannot tell how effective they are.I have given four stars because there is nothing wrong with the supplement and I have had no negative side effects, If they make a difference I will up to five, if they do nothing I will comment accordingly.

I’ve struggled to sleep for years. Been looking for something to help and I read the reviews. Well I have been impressed. I sleep a lot better and I am less disturbed which was my main problem. I like the fact that this product has quite a few medical benefits if you do some research on line. One nice side effect is I dream almost every night. I didn’t use to but now I do ! They are nice dreams as well. Again, this is something that has only happened since I started taking these. They do take a week or so to kick in but I take them daily now and will continue to do so.

Well it seems to be working as intended, but if you run reviews for this product on Fakespot, the rating comes out as F, meaning there are a disproportionate number of reviews that can be deemed as fake. Not sure what this means, hence the 3-star review..This is an update: I've taken these for a week now, and they had an immediate and very big effect. I took one pill before bedtime and was almost immediately out and slept without waking up through the entire night, which is rare for me. But I couldn't shake off the tiredness and grogginess the following morning - in fact it persisted into the day and no amount of caffeine could fix it. So, I broke the capsule apart and took a third of it the following day. The effect was milder but I still woke up groggy and tired - not a great combination with a high pressure job. I've since ordered another brand and it has a completely different effect on me, which is bizarre, in that it makes me feel awake, rather than tired. But the calming effect is less pronounced. I guess it really is trial and error, but I will be staying away from these for the moment as I can't function even if I take the smallest dose before bed time.

I use this in a 3 day rotation with panax ginseng and the sacred trinity. Which all combined are great for reducing post exercise inflammation, my main use in a weight lifting program.The reason I only give 4 stars instead of 5, is because I did originally take this every day for a week, after dinner a few hours before bed. I really did not sleep well, it gave me heartburn and made me extremely thirsty and when I did sleep, the dreams were so vivid. This similarly happened on the panax ginseng. Also, after more research, you can risk damaging your liver when you continuously take ashwagandha. This is why I now rotate the three herb caps that all do similar results without overpowering the body, I also take them at lunch time now, so it's long enough after having my morning coffee (which these can seriously boost the effects of caffeine, in bad ways) yet soon enough to perk me up for the rest of the day and allow a restful sleep.A word of caution, for me, I like to have a beer in the evening when relaxing, never more than two. But I have noticed I am getting really bad headaches in the mornings, so they all must work against alcohol, well they do for me anyway. Which actually could be a good way to get off the booze, however when you're like me and responsibly only have one, no more than two, it's disheartening to see it so negatively affecting me. It's not going to stop me, but it is a pain!As a last note, if you supplement with vitamins and minerals, especially magnesium. Consider cutting or reducing them, unless you want to spend a good few days glued to the bog!

If you have trouble sleeping, take this stuff. It will help, but if you need to go to work or get anything done, be careful you might not be able to function the next day. This stuff works too well. It basically knocks me out.I usually am up in the middle of the night going to the bathroom, but not when I take this. I wake up as if I haven't moved the entire night. I sleep so deeply I feel like I've been hit by a truck the next day.Unfortunately, I can't continue to take it because I can't hold my head up to function the next day. I took it last night and this morning at 9:30 I HAD to sleep. I thought, "I'll just take a little nap." I didn't wake up until after 1 p.m. after sleeping all night.I will say that I am a redhead and medication does impact us differently. I am also very sensitive to caffeine and everything. I usually take a child's dose when I take things because of how they impact me.

I tried another brand of Ashwagandha prior to buying this one and switched as this was a better price. After switching, I have noticed a huge change in my stress and anxiety level which has also helped my depression lessen. I have been taking this daily for over a year now. I would honestly say that for the first time in my life, I feel good mentally. Of course I have worked on other aspects of my well being and take other supplements, but it can't be a coincidence that this change started soon after starting this product. Not living under constant stress has helped me to focus on other parts on my health and wellbeing which has been such a blessing. Not to mention that the price point is wonderful for the amount you get. As I said, I take several supplements so not having to pay an arm and a leg for this has been great. I highly recommend this product and will continue purchasing it!

I’ve been low on energy and my stress levels weee through the roof! I started taking these and noticed a change in how I was feeling. I stopped taking them for a few days just to test how effective it was and babyyyyy I now know it works like a charm because I started having the mood swings again and as soon as I started taking them back they were gone.
