As a struggler with reoccurring vaginal thrush I had to review this product. I've suffered for 15 years with bouts of thrush. Anything can set me off, wine, cake, sex, takeaway and I always try and watch what I eat and drink which does impact my life. My last case of thrush was caused by antibiotics, so while on the internet wondering whether to buy the pessary or tablet I decided to dig a bit deeper and see what else I could possibly do to prevent my next case, so I came across these flora capsules. I then had a read at reviews on other sites and forums and decided to give these a go. So I started taking them 2 weeks ago, after 3 days I became constipated, thrush had cleared up though. On the fifth day, I decided not to take the capsule due to the constipation. I could go, but it was a struggle. Left it 3 days this time, then took another. I stayed with parents for a week and was quite naughty with what I ate and drank, wine, choccy pudding, fried food, but I felt fine down below!The capsules were also tested the other day when my partner got excited and I ended up with a very strong scented massage oil in me! I was panicking as I never wash with shower gel down below, but amazingly the day after, no itch, no soreness, nothing!2 weeks have gone by and I'm now taking a capsule every 3-4 days and my bowel habits are back to normal. Cannot recommend these highly enough! They have honestly changed my life! Now I don't have to worry about having a takeaway and a glass of wine 😊

Dr Michael Mosley recommended this so as I am a fan of that man, I gave it a try. Good price for a good quality probiotic, but not very many capsules in the box. I will look around for a cheaper equivalent.

I've had these before and they worked great. I chose to get some more due to having some gut related issues, but I was shocked at the size of these now. They used to be easy to swallow, and now they get stuck going down. I'm having to open them up now and put the contents in water, so I can take them. We shouldn't have to do this. Please look into making them smaller again, as its really letting them down.

I’m no scientist and I have no idea how these work, but I can confirm that these have settled my stomach issues (I’ve suffered IBS, and assorted anxiety-linked stomach upsets over the years) and I feel more relaxed than I have for a long time.Typically I’m the type who’ll think of an upcoming event and feel my stomach churn instantly - but no more!Admittedly I had to take them for a couple of months to see any discernible benefit, but I wouldn’t want to be without them now.They’re easy to swallow and leave no unpleasant aftertaste.

helps with my IBS - one of the few things that actually help.EDIT: I started buying in July 2014 and now its March 2016. I take it every day. The IBS is not completely gone, but it's so much more managable. No cramps anymore, just occasional flare ups when I eat a lot of sugary stuff or beans or drink more than 4 cups of coffee and that for more than 2 days. I think that's pretty close to normal.No side effects at all.I wondered if the gut normalizes by itself but it doesn't, I have to keep taking them to be pain free. I don't think they lost effectiveness over the years. The only thing I still find is that I am regular, but still with urgency at times.It's a pricey band aid, but I gladly spend the money for it.

These are truly amazing, for years I’ve had numerous stomach & bowel complaints, several surgeries & I’m also on meds for life because of it, there’s several foods that I have been unable to eat for years, I wasn’t confident, the reviews are excellent but thought they would be unlikely to help me, boy was I wrong, from the first tablet I found a difference, I’ve now been on them for nearly 4 months & they have improved my life considerably, I can now eat bananas, garlic, baked beans, milk, sour dough bread & all fruits, things that used to make me suffer & were a definate no no, I will keep using these & I am grateful to have found them, would highly recommend
