Product was clearly used at one time, it wasn't even sealed, will not order again, very disappointed

Half-full container of powder
Bought Comfort powder many times and this one arrived encased in faulty plastic sleeve and half-full of powder. The "protective" plastic had failed. I doubt I'll hear from the seller nor get a replacement.
