Watery texture, very easy to hold and spray., not distinctive smell so quality is good, gives a shine, not heavy, protects hair from heat and doesn't take a lot to dry if used sparingly..

This is really pretty good, considering the price point. This was the cheapest heat protection spray available through Prime delivery at the time I bought this so I was surprised to see the brand name. As it's made by OGX I expected something of good quality, which it is, and effective for preventing heat damage from my heated stylers which again this seems to possess. My hair remains healthy and looks good after using this and heatstyling it.The smell is pleasant. It applies easily making it simple to comb through and distribute more evenly to the ends after applying. I use it quite sparingly on damp hair because I've found that applying too much will leave a residue that makes the hair texture almost sticky and unpleasant. This could be the "dry", "sticky" and "straw-like" types of descriptions that other less impressed reviewers have described. You absolutely don't need to overdo the amount you apply; less is, I think, more in order to be effective (and it's more cost effective too)!I don't think this is supposed to be primarily a product for reducing frizz and altering the overall texture and condition of hair; it's a heat protector for preventing damage in the first place. Nevertheless, it does appear to help give the hair an overall appearance of health and it does seem to reduce the look of frizziness, particularly at the drier hair ends.I like this product, it suits my hair type which is long, 2a/b waves, fine, and prone to easy damage with heat and colourants. I have to take it easy with heated hair stylers because of my hairs easy ability to split, so a good heat protection spray such as this is a must.

I’ve been using the OGX Argan Oil of Morocco Repairing Shampoo and it’s amazing for my dry, damaged hair. It leaves my hair feeling soft, hydrated, and much healthier. I love that it’s sulfate-free and doesn’t strip my hair. Plus, it smells incredible! Definitely worth trying if your hair needs some TLC.
