I’ve tried many hand creams over the years as I suffer from contact dermatitis and my hands get really sore after exposure to irritants, also during the winter. This cream is the most soothing I’ve found, sinks in really well and isn’t at all greasy unlike so many hand creams.

After noticing the skin on the palms of my hands and fingers peeling over the last few weeks, I was unsure if I'd developed some sort of dermatitis or just a reaction to so much hand washing and sanitiser. Looked up online that emollient creams with lactic acid or urea might help - this hand cream contains both. I've only been using it for 2 days but have already noticed such a difference! My skin isn't peeling nearly as much, my hands don't feel dry and I don't feel I need to be reapplying all the time - 3 times a day seems to be working well. Definitely recommend! Eucerins soothing skin balm is great for dry/chapped lips too :)

This is the only cream that comes anywhere close to making my hands not crack and sore , I've tried 20+ different ones.Doesn't leave your hands feeling oily or greasy, absorbs well ..scent is inoffensiveNot perfect and quite pricey but does the job well

I had a problem with peeling, dry skin on my hands which I was very conscious about. All the handwashing and hand sanitising gels take their toll. I had tried a number of creams and potions claiming to heal the problem (many of which appear on top ten reviews) but this Eucerin UreaRepaur Plus is the only one that has been truly effective. The problem has cleared up after a couple of weeks of regular use (and by that I mean after my morning shower, a couple of times during the day and last thing at night when I go to bed) and it doesn't leave hands feeling greasy. Top marks!

Have used this a few years ago and forgot how good it is for replenishing dry cracked fingers will always keep some handy heals fingers in a couple of days .

the best of all that I have tried, I have been using it for many years, for those who do not like a film on the skin, be patient the result is worth it, instantly moisturizes and gives a visible and very noticeable effect. with long and constant use the skin is incredible

Diese Handcreme hilft sehr sehr trockenen Hände, auch mit Neurodermitis kein Problem. Bei leichten Rissen brennt durch den Ureagehalt kurz, aber das ist auszuhalten. Sie zieht sehr schnell ein und ist nicht rückfettend. Sehr gut im Alltag, keine schmierigen Hände nach dem Auftragen. Endgegner bei sehr trockenen Händen.
Très efficace pour hydrater et adoucir les mains tout en s'attaquant doucement aux callosités.
Crème hydratante pour les mains très agréable.Avec une utilisation régulière, les 5 % d'urée sont amplement suffisants pour atténuer les callosités et autres zones un peu cornées.Un très bon produit.
