5.0 out of 5 stars My dog loves this
My dog is particularly fussy with dry biscuit type food. We add it to some wet food and there’s always a grazing bowl of this should she need that extra bit. She’s very fit and healthy with a perfect weight. She loves this but never overeats. It has helped her digestion, she seems less anxious (we are also using Adaptil plug in) when left alone at home, she isn’t howling like she used to. It obviously tastes and smells great to her. I believe this product is of good quality and value for money for the difference it has made to our dog. So I have continued to purchase this here on Bolo. Nice sized too. Even the cats will nibble at them.
5.0 out of 5 stars So far so good- 4 weeks in.
I did a lot of research into dog food when we first got our pup, and this came out well in big reviews from customers and reviews from bloggers. Our pup came with Skinners field food which he could take or leave and to me didn't seem tasty so I slowly moved him to Pooch and Mutt.At first I was hesitant as most brands have a puppy specific food, pooch and mutt only have different measurements and say that they're foods can all be used for pups (please double check this but I did ask on live chat on pooch and mutt site, and they assured me as long as I followed puppy amount guidelines I would be fine) so I took the plunge and bought a 2kg of calm and relaxed and 2kg of the direction pooch and mutt. Our puppy definitely finds this more tasty than skinners and we can use this kibble as treats he likes it that much- however the downside to that is he used to space his skinners kibble out and eat when hungry where as this he wolfs down in one. Currently feeding four times per day.He loves both flavours. I would say the digestion and health smells slightly stronger but nothing I couldn't handle, and I'm assuming smelling better is tasting better for the dog so that can only be good. I think we prefer the calm and relaxed more as this seems to fill him and sorry for the detail suit his Bowels a bit more, and his poo is more sturdy on the calm than the digestion flavour. Also I think that the digestion one causes him poo a bit more often hes empty and stalks around the house late at night looking for food. He doesn't do this on calm and relaxed. I wonder if he doesn't need help with digestion as he's so young? In terms of is he calmer I'm not sure, I can't decide whether his initial first few days of being able to be in th living room and racing round and round the table was just excitement at being free or whether as we upped his amount of calm pooch and mutt has a correlation. Either way he is a happy pup and take everything in his stride, from horses to trains to city's to country he just loves life and people. It's obvious this is not the cheapest option but I'm a big believer you are what you eat (I clearly don't follow this advice-or I'd be a chip- but the animals have no choice what I feed them so I chose the best) and so far so good, Hector is happy healthy bright eyed and bushy tailed.I would have liked a more exact guideline as to amount as the puppy guidlelines as you have to guess the weight your pup is likely to grow to (bearing in mind him and his brothers and sisters are all very different builds and sizes yet are all "expected" to grow to average lab size- if you see what I mean- so while ours might reach 20kgs his brother who is same breed and is much chunkier might reach 30+kgs. So I'm not sure how this works. Anyway I follow the guidelines as far as I can, I'm sure there must be a better way.I liked the balance of ingredients and the idea these were protein heavy, along with th other easy to understand ingredients.Overall very happy and will be sticking at leat for now with pooch and mutt calm and relaxed for now, despite the high price. Please note I am only 4 weeks in with our puppy so if this is helpful for anyone I will update in a few months, again with progress.

5.0 out of 5 stars Surprised and delighted!
Our mini schnauzer has been going crazy scared with all the fireworks. We moved to this area 8 months ago and there was fireworks every day for at least 2 weeks. Sedation from the vets didn’t help at all. When I found this food I went against guidelines and just switched her 100% to it straight away. She’s been eating (and devouring it) since it arrived 18th December. Roll on to tonight. NYE. Fireworks have been happening for a couple of hours. She jumps and still wants reassurance but the shaking and cowering away has stopped. Amazed!
5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing
But this for my dog who is extremely nervous. I had tried other camping treats but he just didn't eat them. So I decided to give this a try not thinking It would work. I noticed that he.Pants less and was less jumpy when out on walk but I didn't really think anything of it till we ran out of it and he.was back to being skittish on walks.I would definitely say it help relax him and would recommend if you have a nervous dog to
5.0 out of 5 stars So far the best dry dog food for my 2 JRT!
Calm&RelaxedMy 2 JRT really love this dry food. First time when I gave it to them they smelled it and start to eat straight away! Which wasn’t the same with different brand (Hill’s). I have to be very careful how much they eat cause they can it it all the time!Prons:-simple healthy ingridients - not too much of them- meat oils herbs probiotics-the wright size, not too dry, not junk ingridients-nice shaped poos easy to pick up, not very smelly-limited “blow kisses” from the other size not very smelly-dogs are full and don’t look at our food with this sad eyes:-) it’s very important!!!-one of my dog has got sensitive skin, itchy ears paws muzzle so we will wait for reaction on skin after longer use-we have tried so far: Eukanuba Dermatosis, Purina Pro Plan Dermatosis, Hill’s (but I’m not very kin on veterinary food), Vet’s Kitchen Harrington and Lilly’s kitchen are too dry in my opinion, Lidl’s Tesco’s Saintsbury’s - obviously this is not perfect food for dogs, Fortglade Cold pressed food - dogs didn’t like it too much-very professional customer service-helpful quick polite ( you can order food on website with some extra money saving and subscribe it so it can be deliver to you regularly, which I think is very useful)So I can hardly recommend the brand especially with their’s variety of tastes for different conditions, treats, salmon’s oil. I really hope my allergic one will stop witch his itchiness but so far so good! I hope my rework will e helpful for dog’s lovers who are/were looking for good food for theirs dogs!
Sehr guten Trockenfutter
