I bought these to try to grow into beansprouts after seeing the prices of the small packs of seeds sold as sprouting seeds. I found these to be just as viable, and are easy to grow, and way cheaper than the packs of seeds. They're exactly the type of beans you need for growing beansprouts.

These beans sprouted almost straight away and went crazy! In under a week I had a massive bowl of bean sprouts. A little bit of veg, garlic, chilli, sesame oil, soy sauce and bingo...a tasty, healthy meal. And they don't taste like shop bought bean sprouts because there is NOTHING added to keep them fresh. Water them twice a day and that is all you need to do, except keep them in the dark with a cloth over them. They will keep in the fridge for 4 or 5 days but you'll have eaten them by then anyway! Did I mention how good they are for you...google the health benefits of mung bean sprouts..they are amazing! Oh and it was a speedy delivery and all that jazz too.

Half of the beans remains rock hard, even after soaking overnight. Just increases your work to separate them out incase you want sprouts.

Très bien pour le prix
Pour faire pousser le soja c'est vraiment très bien, peu de perte ou quasiment pas. Pour le prix c'est vraiment très bien, le soja en lui même est plutôt de bonne qualité.
Keimen super!
Habe so ein Keimglas Set, für das ich im Pflanzencenter ziemlich teure Mung Bohnen „Keimsprossen“ gekauft habe. Die gekeimten Sprossen verwende ich dann zumeist in selbst gekochten Wok-Gerichten im Asia-Style, oder esse sie einfach als „Frischgemüse“ (angemacht) „roh“.Nun bin ich hier auf dieses Produkt gestossen und wollte einfach mal testen, ob wirklich ein Unterschied zu speziellen „Keimsprossen“ besteht.Was soll ich sagen: Ich sehe/schmecke da keinen Unterschied! Diese keimen im Sprossenglas genau so gut, schnell und groß. Und wie bei den „Keimsprossen“ benötigt man 30g für eine gute Portion (ein locker gefülltes Keimglas). Insofern kann man sich die speziellen Keimsprossen getrost sparen und zu einem Bruchteil des Preises auf dieses Produkt zurückgreifen!Übrigens: Verunreinigungen/Steinchen, oder so sind mir beim umfüllen der Tüte in (knapp) 2 „alte“, normale 720ml Gemüsegläser nicht aufgefallen (btw. 30g sind ca. 2-3 Eßlöffel - nur so als Anhaltspunkt, wie lange man damit auskommt…).
