This mouthwash was recommended to me by my dental hygienist years ago and its best there is. I have very sensitive gums that get irritated by crunchy food easily and this helps overnight. Its without alcohol so doesn’t sting yet its very effective. Leaves mouth feeling fresh

I got this after being recommended it by the dentist - I’ve unfortunately had a lot of dental issues in my life and try to buy decent stuff to help keep on top of things when possible. This one doesn’t burn when you use it unlike some other mouth washes due to it being alcohol free and it tastes quite pleasant. The fluoride formula is clinically proven for cavity protection, and I try to use it everyday. It gives me peace of mind knowing it’s helping to prevent tooth decay while keeping my breath fresh.At 400ml, the bottle lasts quite a while, even with regular use. It’s an easy extra step to add after brushing, and I appreciate how gentle it feels on my gums. Overall, if you're looking for a mouthwash that prioritizes both effectiveness and comfort, this one is definitely worth considering. It’s been a solid choice for maintaining a healthy smile!

I’m using this as part of Dr. Ellie’s clean mouth system. (Google it). This is a perfect match for the product she recommends in the US. You can get the recommended US product here, but it is very expensive. This works just the same and has the almost the same ingredients as the other. And it’s a lot cheaper and available everywhere. Exactly the same amount of the required active ingredient.My dentist was very impressed with the results of my using this system. I’m trying desperately to avoid a couple of implants, and last week, my dentist said to wait a while. Things are starting to look much better.So get on the program, Dr.Ellie’s and use this with it. It works!
