What to say, exactly as described and I was pleased the blackcurrant flavour is quite nice. Taste a bit like blackcurrant flavour squash, but significantly less sweet. A bit as if you put the tiniest drop of it in the water.This is excellent if you have diabetes and you’ve been running high blood sugars and cannot stop drinking. It breaks that cycle and it relieves that thirst.I also drink these when I need more liquids but want something nicier than water.It mixes well and it does not leave a patina on top of the water as some do.It has a little of fizz but it doesn’t feel sparkly, and based on research this has a good amount and balance of electrolytes, so I can’t wait for it to be on offer again!Also it’s generally decent value as one tablet will do 750ml or up to a L so great! - you can put 1 tab in 400-500ml too if you want a more concentrated flavour too.Would recommend

I’ve had zero issues with these, don’t cause any stomach upset and definitely give you that little boost when you need it.Buying in a multipack of 8 tubes I got a fantastic price and I’ll be keeping an eye on them for future deals. So far tried Citrus and the Berry, both lovely.

There's lots of great reviews on here talking about if they're good for the gym, hydration etc. I guess this is what healthy people use these tablets for... But let's talk about the elephant in the room here for people like me, that want to know how good these are for hangovers (especially during the Christmas period now!).The answer is, yeah they do help. Have one before bed after your session session, and one when you get up the next day instead of a coffee (caffeine is your worst enemy if you're hungover anyway!). Sometimes I take one to bed with me to drink through the night rather than drinking before bed.They help, but they won't "cure" you. Unfortunately there isn't a cure, and in many ways that's actually a good thing, because it makes you think twice about consuming the poison that is alcohol in future!However, they're good value for money and they will help you a little bit. I think they taste quite nice and actually find them rather refreshing after I've been drinking.

I love these hydration tablets - they've been my saviour since starting intermittent fasting (16/8) 6 weeks ago. My first week of fasting made me feel lethargic with headaches every night during my fast. I also felt hungry and couldn't sleep. I almost gave up fasting until I read about electrolytes, so I purchased these. I've been taking two to three tablets daily, depending on how I feel. I have a Tropical or Berry flavoured tablet dissolved in water to use during 20 to 30-mile Zwift rides/races. During the night (when fasting and feeling hungry), I break up a Berry flavoured tablet to suck on - it tastes great and is similar to Barrat Refreshers. I found that Tropical is the best flavour to use in water followed closely by Strawberry & Kiwi. These two flavours taste too artificial to suck on. Berry is fine in water but improves with a dash of no added sugar berry flavoured squash.These tablets have boosted my performance on the bike (I no longer drink sugary Lucozade) and have irradicated headaches, lethargy and hunger pangs before bed.I'm starting my 7th week of fasting and 15lbs down with another 15-20lbs to go. I've struggled with weight for the past 20 years and tried every diet going. Fasting is the only diet (or I should call it a lifestyle) that works, and these tablets are a must for this new way of life.Update (6th June 2021): I've now lost 25lbs (11.3kg) since 14th March, and that includes a recent weeks holiday filled with plenty of beer and food (with desserts). I can't quite believe how fasting has transformed my body, and these tabs have been a key part of this process. I've gone from XL t-shirts to Medium and have never been happier! I plan to have a six-pack by August. :)Update (24th September 2021): I've lost 35lbs (2.5 stone), reaching my goal weight back in mid-August. I'm now working on body recomposition to get more definition with weight training, less cardio, more protein (supplementing with Myprotein Impact Whey Protein shakes), and lowering carbs (but not cutting them out). I just had a big bowl of lasagne with garlic bread :). I'm still fasting roughly 16 hours (between 8 pm and 12 pm) as it's a way of life for me, and I still use these tabs daily for exercise and fasting. I eat two meals a day with the occasional sweet treat and a few beers down the pub. I have never tracked food intake from day one but have a good understanding of nutrition and macronutrients. I used to eat a big bowl of porridge for breakfast, but now I have a big 4-egg omelette stuffed with ham, mushroom, and cheese with half a tin of baked beans. I'm no longer weighing myself daily since reaching my goal weight but keep myself in check with the trusty tape measure.

This package offers really good value for money. The 2 best features of this product are 1) they dissolve quickly and easily in water (I've found some other brands can take longer) 2) they actually taste pretty good. Great after a long run or during a sweaty gym session. Recommended.

I'd give this a 10 out of 10. I never expected these electrolyte tables to be so good. It's helped me feeling hydrated..even though I drink alot of water and it definitely helps after a few wines. I just pop it into a big bottle of water twice . Definitely worth the money and I've done a subscription to have it more often and then it's better value. My sister has been on it like 5 days and has seen a big difference

Erm, tasteless. I wouldn't worry about the flavour you get.Just arrived and made one up. Not sure if they're going to work for rehydration or not.I'm just glad I bought them when there was a sale on.I got the orange/cherry "flavour".Given 3 stars in the hope that they do help with hydration.
Good for rehydrating
Usually I use these after a run in the heat, but in the past I've used them when hiking, running, cycling, or sometimes when I just need to hydrate and get the feeling that regular water is just flowing through me.They are sugar-free, containing sucralose for sweetness. I don't know why they don't use regular sugar, given they are aimed at people who have been exercising and probably don't need to worry too much about avoiding sugar, but somewhere that decision was made.They contain a selection of electrolytes and come in a range of flavors. This one is the pink grapefruit and my favorite so far. I also tried Citrus (pretty good) and Berry (not really for me).The suggested usage is 1 tablet per 750ml (very roughly 24oz) of water, doubling up if you want a stronger taste. Personally I find one tablet is too little and two is too much, but thankfully they have a score mark in the middle and break in half. One tablet in 16oz of water works well for me. I usually use a tablet and a half in a 24oz water bottle, which hits the sweet spot for me.A few of the electrolyte tablets I've come across focus on replacing sodium whereas these also contain some potassium and magnesium. I'd prefer to see something with a little more potassium and magnesium but it's not necessarily as simple as "just add more" when there's no way of controlling how many of the things someone might decide to consume.These are my go-to hydration tablets and have been for years.
Loved this during and after my workout
This product is very good for your electrolytes. Depending on the size of your container you have the option to use a full tablet or break it in half. The tablet is scored in a center. The taste is really good, not too sweet, dissolved well in water, easy to use, and I can put it into a bottle of water or juice but, I always used water. I could easily put the container In my purse if I needed to.
