5.0 out of 5 stars Thyme herb extract Cough Pastilles
Effective Relief for all kinds of Coughs and Catarrh. Pleasant flavour and fast acting. Nicely packaged in pocket sized packs of 5 capsules. Amber coloured chewy hexagonal pastilles with a herbal smell
5.0 out of 5 stars Nice taste
These bronchial pastilles are very effective and taste nice, soft to chew with healing properties added. Work well for sore throats.
5.0 out of 5 stars Thewy worked
I must admit I was sceptical about these. Turns out I actually liked the flavour of these pastilles and one sucked when a coughing fit from an inbfection certainly made it easier to breather and swallow. Good stuff.
4.0 out of 5 stars Weird
As soon as you take one, you stop coughing. But the second it's gone you start again. No long term help , but immediate short term relief. Tastes awful at first but you get used to it.
5.0 out of 5 stars So lucky I had these!
Have a bit of a cold at the moment - so I ordered these as I was coughing a bit. Didn't know what to expect from these as I've never used them before. One morning at about 3am, I woke up due to my coughing and couldn't get back to sleep because I would keep coughing (and had the ticking sensation at the back of my throat).I then sucked on 2 of these hoping they would work... And amazingly they did. I stopped coughing and managed to fall asleep! The flavour is awful - it's like a really sweet sickly taste, so if you're sensitive to bad tastes I would probably avoid these, but if you can handle it then it's definitely worth taking these. I'm probably being over dramatic here though...So glad I had these when I needed them. Will definitely be using these whenever I get coughs again. Also these apparently work with any type of coughs. I hate being asked "Is it a dry cough?" etc because I don't really know... All I know is that I'm coughing.Highly recommended. They are quite pricey but they are definitely worth it.
3.0 out of 5 stars They’re ok
Seem to work ok but no better or worse than others for me, may be better for different types of coughs.

Cough Pastilles
I first was introduced to these in England when i was getting a cough/ cold. they worked so well I make sure I have some available during cold season
Love the taste, hate the price
No different than most lozenges. Refreshing thyme flavor. But so expensive, costing about a dollar per lozenge.
Excellent product!
Very soothing and helpful for bad coughs.
Didn't help with Bronchitis cough
I was hopping Bronchostop cough drops would help with my cough while having a bad case of bronchitis. However, that wasn't the case for me. Did not notice any difference while taking it.
