    My husband has COPD and everytine he gets bunged up and snotty. I give him this med and the next day he is as right as rain. Couldn't do without this medication. Its fantastic.

    Only thing that deals with sinusitis. You need Sudafed 60mg decongestant tablets really but 2 of these 5xday comes close. Don’t take extra paracetamol with them though
