• NICORETTE INVISIPATCH is an effective once‐a‐day way to help you deal with nicotine cravings and withdrawal symptoms associated with giving up smoking. NICORETTE INVISIPATCH is specially designed to be discreet. Nicorette Invispatch is specifically designed to be removed at night to not disturb your sleep. Nicorette Invispatch fights 7 withdrawal symptoms: Cravings, irritability, low mood, restlessness, anxiety, poor concentration and increased appetite. Nicorette Invisi Patch is available in 25mg, 15mg and 10mg strengths. For best results, most smokers are recommended to start on 25 mg patch (Step 1) and use one patch daily for 8 weeks. Gradual weaning from the patch should then be initiated - One 15 mg/16 hours patch (Step 2) should be used daily for 2 weeks followed by one 10 mg/16 hours patch (Step 3) daily for 2 weeks. Lighter smokers (i.e. those who smoke less than 10 cigarettes per day) are recommended to start at Step 2 (15 mg) for 8 weeks and decrease the dose to 10 mg for the final 4 weeks. Nicorette contains nicotine, stop smoking aid, requires willpower, always read the label.

I was using IQOS (Heets) before I got covidI had thought of giving up before then as I quit normally smoking a few years ago (3 I think) and hadn't missed it but still couldn't shake that last bit of nicotineThen I got covid and obviously I couldn't smoke anything as I was super poorly so I thought ok, I'll get some of these & just see if they work, I wasn't expecting much tbhIt's been 3 weeks nowI haven't even looked for my iqos even though I know I have 5 or 6 full packs of Heets (20's) but I've not lookedI started at 14mg as I didn't think I needed the higher ones and I was rightAnd I even forgot to replace them a few days last week so it just takes away that added nicotine desireAnother week and I'll drop down to the lowerThen I may drop again but cutting in halfBut I never thought I'd say this, I'm glad I got covid when I did as it worked out brilliantly for me and my stoppingI also prefer spending £7 a week on this than £40 odd on HeetsMuch happier now and that was with me not expecting it to even work!Stuck well, stayed in place or good adhesion and like I said, tbh £7 I wish I didn't have to spend but it's better than buying Heets/ vape/ cigarettes which are far more expensive and another few weeks I'll have finished with them all togetherProud of myself for doing it without even thinking too 👍🏼👍🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Love these patches to any others out there .as these have stayed on all day and not slipped off. As when I've used any other brand out there they never stayed on and always caused me irritation. But these invisi patches have not caused me any irritation at all and have stayed on all day even when having a shower or bath they have stayed on .these have helped with cravings hugely along side nicorette lozenges . Once these are finished will be ordering more . :)

I found it really hard to quit using these. My view is that they're just making money out of us and they're just replacing what we want to give up on. They're not actually helping us. Meaning without actual will power you'll either be stuck on them or revert. I started on 2s, not 3s so I was doing some of the work, and my last box i didn't touch and just went cold turkey instead. That was November and I was over 40 a day. Get the nicotine out of your system as soon as you can.
