This is a great shampoo with a lemon fragrance which removes build up and leaves your hair soft, shiny so clean - Absolutely Fab. However, be careful where you buy it because when I ordered a Paul Mitchell 2 shampoo 1000ml from Look Fantastic (via Bolo) they failed to fulfil their order and sent me a 300ml bottle instead. When I contacted they to say how disappointed I was and requested either a replacement 1000ml or a refund of 2/3 as they had supplied me with less than 1/3 of the advertised product they could only offer me a £3 refund with the excuse that an error had been made in the warehouse. I had the option of returning the product for a full refund but after waiting for a full week for delivery I didn't want the added inconvenience of packing the product up, taking it to the post office etc. and weighing everything up I did wonder if I would actually get a refund as my experience so far was not very positive. What I really wanted was the Paul Mitchelll Shampoo 2 1000ml that was advertised and that I ordered and paid for. On reading other customer reviews on Look Fantastic I found that a few other customers had experienced the same problem with the 1000ml bottle of Paul Mitchell Shampoo so clearly this false advertising is a tactic to lure unsuspecting buyers to order the large bottle of Shampoo at a bargain price and then Look Fantastic just send them a 300ml bottle instead. ADVICE: IF THE OFFER LOOKS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT USUALLY IS - ESPECIALLY WITH LOOK FANTASTIC (VIA Bolo). I have rated the shampoo 5 star but I would rate Look Fantastic 1 star - absolutely appalling and as a loyal Bolo customer I am surprised they allow such a company to sell through their website. It's a disgrace.

My daughter has 4b hair we have tried most shampoo but all leave her hair dry . This was soo perfect we didn’t even condition ! Her hair was soo soft. But we will be trying the same brand in conditioning soon. 👍

Been using this for years, gets rid of the Paul Mitchel Dry Wax out of the hair where most other shampoos dont even do half the job.Good all round shampoo, wish my wife would buy her own!

I've been using this shampoo for years, and I simply won't use anything else. I have very fine hair and shampoo two removes all product residues without stripping my hair of the natural oils. This product leaves my hair lovely and clean and doesn't weigh it down with unnecessary moisturisers. Highly recommend.. Oh and it's great value too as you don't need to use very much 👍🏻.

I have a sensitive scalp. My hair is hit h lighted. I stopped using purple shampoo/conditioner as this doesn’t dry out my hair and keeps the awesome colour of my highlights.

As a bloke I've never really thought much when buying shampoo, until one day I tried this at a freind's house. My hair had never felt so clean and soft !Of course, now I'm greying some of the softness has gone, but the lovely feeling of clean hair remains. I have this as a subscription purchase and plan to use it until I don't need shampoo at all.....
