On delivery of the item, if the box or the item looks damaged, you must state damaged item on the paperwork and you may refuse the delivery when signing for the parcel from the courier, failure to do this will result in your claim being rejected. Cancel an Order If you wish to cancel an order which has not been dispatched, you must contact us by email or telephone. Full refund of the cost of the goods, excluding a handling cost of £2.95, or up to 15% whichever is greater will be given upon the above conditions being met and the refund authorized only after a full inspection of the goods by our Returns department who will check if all the correct products have been returned and their condition. The refund will be processed in 7 working days after receiving the goods.

The bed is simple to put together, but it is very poor quality. The headboard arrived damaged but as this was needed for an emergency we could not return it. Replacement parts cannot be supplied and Bolo do not issue partial refunds even when damaged. A £200 airbed may have been a better investment, don't waste your time or money.

I was a bit on the fence buying a bed and mattress all For £210 ! But oh wow when the bed arrived and I put the bed together which was very easy as the base comes whole in 2 halves and the mattress is vacuumed sealed , I have had the bed now for 3 weeks and loving it … sleeping comfortably and having a great sleep !!! Great product

Upon unpacking both draws had a screw missing and wood was split. No instructions either, mattresses is not brilliant and I think £200 for the bed is a rip off for the quality of the bed. It'll do for a couple of years I suppose. I would recommend not buying it less it's for a spare room.
