I’ve tried loads of hydration tablets and most taste vile to me. So synthetic tasting. These in the blackcurrant though are the best tasting for my pallet at least. I actually enjoy drinking them. Not too sweet or overly flavoured. Of course they’re a little salty but that’s to be expected with this type of product. I always come back to these. I only buy when on offer ( under £5) though. As there are better ones out there in terms of extras like b12, magnesium etc ( these don’t contain any) but as far as the taste, these are brilliant. I fill a water bottle when I’m cycling and they do the trick perfectly 👏🏻

I work out most days and was looking for something to help replenish after the workout - and I hate water!I get the blackcurrant flavour as the taste is as natural as it can be for this type of product. It takes a bit of time to dissolve so I make it before the workout to drink afterwards. It helps keep the post workout headache at bay.Also great after a night out (or a good night in - which is more accurate at my age!).However, one star knocked off for how much the price varies. I have these in my ‘save for later’ basket and check their price when I’m buying other products. When it’s £5 I grab them but otherwise I leave it as the price does go up quite a bit.

I have bought strawberry and blackberry flavour after having stomach bug on weekend. The instructions say to use 2 tablets in 200ml of water, but I find flavour is too strong for this little of water. I much prefer flavour of 1 tablet in 200ml of water. I feel like they perked me up a bit. After dissolving water is not as fizzy as from some other effervescent tablets.

It's most likely my mistake but remember that this item has got GLUCOSE (SUGAR) In the Ingredients and as such is NO good for anyone who needs to or wants to avoid sugar and insulin production ie on a fast or anyone with diabetes etc, The issue is that this item isn't eligible for a refund so you will be stuck with it even if you haven't opened it unless you contact Bolo customer service and discuss this issue with them and if your luck is in you can get a refund, I can only think this is the product company have stated this with Bolo

Recommended by a neighbour, I find the flavour of these so much better than others I have tried, in fact I actually enjoy it. I tend to drink a lot of coffee and not enough water so I have one of these daily and have noticed my skin is less dry. The tablets dissolve in the cold water very quickly and do not leave any lumps or bits. I gave some to a friend doing a very physical job in the recent heatwave and he said they really helped stop the headaches he was getting. I have also given them to family who have had tummy upsets and they found them very beneficial. Would highly recommend.

The taste is nice for what it is, although it still has that aftertaste that is reminiscent of liquorice. I like them, though. I struggle with being chronically dehydrated but these make such a big difference. I even saw a difference in my joint pain and ability to exercise more effectively without injury. Must have!

Love the flavor.
I really enjoy artificial black current flavoring so these are very good in my opinion. Little expensive but if for whatever reason you are forgetting to or unable to drink water continually throughout your day these might be good to keep yourself hydrated.Has that kind of sweet salty taste that some energy drinks have not in a bad way. I really enjoy these end frankly have been tempted to try eating a tablet dry once or twice. I've admittedly licked a couple and it makes your mouth water.
