Use it 2 to 6 times a day until the nose is unblocked, or as long as your doctor recommends. Sterimar Stop & Protect Cold & Sinusitis Relief can be used on its own or with other nasal medication based on the advice of a doctor. Release the spray by briefly pressing down on the pump. Keeping the head straight, insert the nozzle into the nostril. Spray once or twice into each nostril. Let any excess solution flow out and then blow your nose. Clean the nozzle with soapy water, rinse and dry. The pack contains 1 bottle (dispensing approximately 120 sprays).

Ingredients are cleaner and more natural but it did not work as well as other nasal sprays i have used in the past i personally recommend xclear rescue.

I suffer from chronic sinusitis due to adenoids and inflamed nasal lining..I also pick up every Cold from my 4 year old.Until surgery I am on a permanent steroid nasal spray and was told to use sterimar along with it. The normal one didn't do much but I find using this one twice a day stops me getting so many colds, shortens the length and severity of colds with me and my son and is very affective is relieving the pain from sinusitis.I wish it worked for everyone the way it does for me

So i used this after having flu/cold symptoms for 2 days and first off i would say the claim its a decongestant is not so accurate in the sense it more dissolves built up mucus rather than opening the nasal passage so if you want to open a swollen nasal passage in my experience it didn't do that it did however dissolve the built up mucus in my upper nasal passage, I liked the kind of sea side smell when applying and it didn't give me that nasty chemical taste other nasal sprays give, Cant say for sure if it stopped the cold/flu but i did get better the next day an fully recovered 2 days after first use, So if you want a more natural remedy then give it a try but i did use it in conjunction with a well known nasal decongestant.

En cas de crise persistente, un flacon peut se terminer en quelques jours.

I wish this didn't have to come from overseas, but the shipping was fast. I got sick when I was pregnant and this was safe to use then and worked great, so now it's a staple in our home!
