Works really well, gentle so as it doesn't damage the Gortex layer, but strong enough to remove ingrained dirt and debris. The low scent is ideal for use in any item of clothing that you might be using for hunting conditions, and it deodorises shoes without just adding an extra layer of scent to the to the problem.

I wanted to wash my hiking coat and learned from my boyfriends how not to by researching what to use and came across this product so I wouldn’t compromise the breathability and water-repellency for the garment.A gentle washing liquid that prolongs the life of outdoor gear and cleans without impairing their performance. You just use this instead of laundry detergent.Load washing in machine, shake bottle and use 1/2 a cap in detergent drawer instead of soap.I followed the wash instructions on my coat for temperature and programme and I also used the refresher from same range in the fabric conditioner drawer.I wanted to be sure that it worked and had to wait for some heavy showers of rain. I was very pleased that this managed to keep me dry and even protected my phones which were in the pockets so in my opinion it’s worked.The only difference I noted was that the stuffing of coat seemed a little thinner and not as puffy as usual.Priced at £8.59 I think this is great value as you get a few washes from this.

Washed only once so far and the smell is lovely. Cannot rate water resistance longevity so far but looks like a very good product. I can definitely recommend.

I used this and the spray afterwards on a jacket but although there was an improvement it still wasn't as waterproof as when it was new.

I bought this as my coat says I need to use an isotex cleaning liquid. I bought this. My light cream colour coat still looks unwashed and grubby but smells very fresh. I gave 3 stars for water resistance but to be honest it as I haven't worn it out in the rain since I washed it, it might be worth 5 stars for water resistance. I don't know

I have not yet used the product since none of the instructions for its use are in English (or Spanish). I'll have to guess how much to add to my washing machine, which makes me uncomfortable.
