I purchased these when I decided to become vegan and was afraid that I may become deficient (although I eat very healthily and try to avoid processed foods). I have noticed an increase in energy, but I'm not sure if it was the vitamins, eating no animal products anymore or that I just joined a studio gym and go to one or two classes a day. I like that the ingredients are all natural and organic so it doesn't worry me when I take these.I gave it 4 stars because I read on many different sources online that taking high dosages of multivitamins every day can be damaging to your overall health, even with organic natural supplements like these. If you have a balanced diet and read up on the nutrients you need to have every day, you really won't need these, even as a vegan. It's quite easy to meet the daily requirement, but I do keep these vitamins with me when I travel or if I know I'll be eating lots of junk food one day.Either way, these are good to have on hand sometimes, but definitely not necessary for every day use.

This is the third bottle I buy. I tried different vitamins but I always come back to these ones. Since I use them my periods are not painful and I am less tired. I highly recommend it. The only con, I am very bad at swallowing pills, so I dilute the pill in water and drink it with juice.

Love this product. Found it over 10 yrs ago trying to find supplement without copper. This gave me a "new life" after dealing with restless leg syndrome for years. After 1 week, symptoms disappeared. I try to take every morning before work out and I have energy throughout the day. Not sure if its a timed release, but works none-the-less. When I forget to take or don't take til after workout I definitely notice a difference in my energy and concentration level. The taste is OK, but love the fact that it doesn't smell like most multi-vitamins because this usually causes me quite a bit of nausea. I don't normally leave reviews unless purchases are really great or really bad...so this one is top of the chart for me! Love this seller offering auto ship also. I never run out!

I love this multi vitamin I have been buying it for years and its fantastic!! I love the fact that its not capsules and its organic and no toxic food coloring.
Organic, true
It is the only completely organic vitamin on the market, without any “natural” ingredients or non organic last ingredients. Therefore is 100% organic as promised. I think it stands to excellent integrity of ingredients. I am not paid for this review. It’s the only vitamin I will take at this point. No soy no pectin etc
