In Singapore these are a staple. Add a few extra bits and you have a full main meal.Cook with some frozen veg like spinach, sweetcorn, green beans. Add some protein like tofu, frozen cooked prawns, precooked chicken or pork. Garnish with soft boiled egg, fresh coriander, spring onions, fried onion sprinkles, small slice of lime. (You don't need all of these each time).
