I suffer from an extremely sluggish digestive system due to a medical condition and decided to try some probiotics to see if they would help. I had previously tried the probiotic drinks in their varying guises from the supermarket but never felt they had any real effect. I have been taking these for a few weeks once a day and do feel that my digestion has improved slightly. It is not a drastic improvement but as I have an underlying disorder working against me I wasn't expecting a miracle, I do seem to be digesting things slightly better/faster and feel better the days after eating things that would have caused pain and bloating before.They are very small tablets so easy to take, they do have a very savoury almost yeasty taste to them which is only detectable if you keep them in your mouth too long. These did cause me to have a very sore stomach for the first few days after I started taking them. I almost stopped taking them but persevered and it only lasted a maximum of 4/5 days and I don't have any pain now, I guess it was just my system getting used to them. They are great value as at one a day there is a 4 month supply in one pot. I would recommend and will be re purchasing in a few months.

This was recommended to me by a gut specialist. I have been using this now for around 3 months. I have my whole family on it. Its the best one I have tried and it is very reasonably priced. It enables me to keep my family healthy with a good prebiotic and it being affordable!

The human body has approximately two kilos of gut bacteria (the good kind!) which complement food digestion and aid metabolism. The gut microbiota are essential for producing vitamins and break down otherwise indigestible components. They also produce hormones which can affect our mood and overall health. Intestinal bacteria also play critical roles in maturing your immune system, and a disruption to the gut microbiota has been implicated in countless human diseases, including inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, and even obesity and diabetes. Years ago I stopped buying the occasional supermarket-version of probiotic drinks (e.g. Yakult, Actimel - either of those two alone were just far too expensive for me). Quite recently, I decided to give probiotic tablets a try. I had previously purchased Vitamin D and Vitamin C tablets from Incite Nutrition before and decided to see if I could find something else to 'just feel a little bit better'. And so I decided to go ahead with a purchase of their Probiotic tablets a try. As always, the quality of the tablets were excellent. I took one tablet in the morning with a glass of water. Later, it became clear to me how unaware I was of a few digestive problems I had before. Before, I had intermittent 'runny' movements, random bloating, even the odd deep intestinal bubble flux. I thought this was just part of the parcel of life. I never let it bother me too greatly. However, the very next day those symptoms began to dissipate... and let's just say I had MUCH healthier and cleaner toilet habits. It wasn't completely binary but I did certainly feel like I had more energy - probably because my food was being better digested and there was slight boost in my energy levels. I wasn't as sullen and lethargic towards the end of the day.I haven't looked back since. I cannot recommend these probiotics enough - you'll save HUNDREDS on those expensive probiotic drinks. The customer service incite nutrition provides is superb. I am happy to keep on using these probiotics for as long as I can

I found this need to be broken in half to swallow properly and when you do that they don't taste very nice.No idea if they work as I take them on days when i don't have a "fortified Yoghurt drink" , like when I am away.
