Our son was 5 weeks early and 5lb 5oz. These bottles are amazing and he has accepted them perfectly.My wife, upon heavy research, decided early on that the Philips Avent Classic+ were going to be our first choice of bottle - I can say I totally agree with her decision. Bottles, from my basic understanding are a minefield, there are alot on the market, each with their particular gimic, millions of parts, and functions.The Philips Avent Classic+, unlike most on the market, goes back to the basics. With only 4 parts (Teat, Screw Ring, Body, and Dome Cap) anyone can confidently clean, sterilise, and reassemble the bottle. There are no nooks and crannies to try and fish clear. Hot soapy water and a brush is all you need. Takes two seconds to wash fully and rinse.One thing that alot of bottles on the market have are fancy ‘anti-colic’ systems, making them difficult to clean. The Avent Classic+ has this system built into the Teat and Screw Ring, via some hole and fancy screw thread design. While I am no expert, I can tell it is working when baby is chugging down with a constant uninterrupted flow.The Avent Classic+ Teat itself is fantastic. It is small enough and well shaped to fit confortably in an infants small mouth. The bottles come with ‘Stage 1’ Teats, which have one hole, is super soft, and flows well for a newborn. My son took accpeted the teat instantly and found that even his tiny mouth could fit comfortably on it.The Bottle has clear, easy-to-read, measurements - ideal for those tired eyes at 3am! The body has what I would say 360 degrees ergonomic curve. It fits nicely in both left/right hand and you do not have to hold it in a particular position.The Dome Cap coupled with the Teat forms a water tight seal. Meaning it can be knocked around and doesn't leak from the hole. It also means you do not need an additional cap to shake the milk.Packaging is minimal, a thin cardboard box. Basic and easy to open. What you need for when you have just had a newborn. In terms of instructions, I do not recall any other than those in the box; however, given the simple design, it is idiot proof, even for a first time Dad like myself!4 of the 4fl.oz bottles fit into the Philips Avent Microwave Sterilising unit. The bottles also can be attached directly into the Philips Avent breast pump. They also appear to do lots of follow up products in the Avent Classic+ range, which hopefully will be just as good, I look forward to trying these out in due course.All in all a 5 star product. The simplicity and design make this easy to use and clean. We would highly recommend the Philips Avent Classic+ bottle to anyone who is still on the fence of which brand to buy.~ Rye W

Love Avent bottles & teats. Used them with all of my children & even those I nannied for. However, do not buy varieble teats - they are useless as they leak at the ring of the bottle. Avent doesn't seem to admit this can happen. Bottles on the other hand are fine, they come with number 1 teat and when I changed them for number 2, everything worked perfectly.

I have always used avent and they have been great for for my first two children however I found that for my third child the teat flow was a little too fast for her (although not as fast as tommee tippee - that was just ridiculous!) Other than the issue with the flow the bottles are great. They are durable and the milk does cool down quickly which is great for a hungry baby but if you have a slow drinker you'll find it goes cold half way through. If you find your struggling with the flow aswell i would recommend MAM teats they suited my daughter better.

Was tying to find a reasonably priced set of bottles to add to the steriliser I had purchased. I came across this and was impressed. I hadn't found any online on here or anywhere else cheaper, they arrived boxed and will certainly do the job when the baby arrives

J'utilise cette marque depuis le début et je suis très satisfaite par les biderons AVENT. Il s'agit en plus du modèle avec le goulot plus haut ce qui fait qu'il n'y a pas la pièce circulaire à rajouter des premiers modèles :)
Leaking bottles

Très bon biberons parfait pour ma fille elle l’adore et le débit de tétine est parfait pour elle . Je les ai depuis 2 mois et très bonne qualité ils ont pas bougé !
