I had been low in Vitamin D, revealed by a blood test. Finding these supplements I decided to use them in my diet.Remembering that Vitamins ADE and K are fat soluble I made sure that I took one each day with a meal containing fats.Many months later I had the blood test repeated, over a winter period as well, very little sunlight, my results came back and I was informed that my levels had gone to the higher side of healthy. Not meaning that they were high, but in the very good range of being normal.Nothing else had changed in my diet.Even though my diet could be considered to be healthy, and it is, I still had not got enough Vitamin D without supplementation.The Vitamin K2 levels, and type, seems well balanced with the Vitamin D3 in these combined supplements.The tablets are small and very easy to swallow, they do not get stuck and have zero after tasteI am male, white and 60 plus in age. I only mention my skin colour as that is relevant to the natural absorption of Vitamin D from sunlight. And, without supplementation, mine was low, and I do get outside quite a lot.I hope that you have found this helpful.

Gut health is the current trend for people looking to improve their health. I was recommended probiotics by a gastroenterologist and have tried a few different types.These are capsules so easy to swallow. Tasteless and no side effects. The biggest benefit for me is balancing my stomach which always has too much acid and it also keeps me ‘regular’. Good value for money.

I consumed this product after my doctor recommended me to get OTC Vitamin D due to my levels. After having it for 2 weeks i started developing an allergic reaction to it in my mouth with redness, sensitivity and sore tongue. I also experienced a strange pain in my joints. It was pretty scary to experience that. But I’m not sure if I’m allergic to this specific product or Vitamin D supplements in general. But I have never experienced similar issues in the past. I had to stop using it and take anti histamines for the symptoms to wear off.It is also important to note that my brother had been using the same product, but he didn't have any problems at all.

Ho scelto il prodotto per la provenienza Europea confidando in un maggiore livello di controllo sulla qualità del prodotto e questo è un atto di fiducia e basta. Oltre a questo apprezzo queste confezioni "scorta" che mi evitano di andare in continuazione a comperare scatole e scatolette con dentro poche pastiglie. Preferisco pagare le pastiglie non confezioni, biglietti, bigliettini e blister che siano degli altri produttori.I benefici sono soggettivi per cui vedete voi come gestirvi, io personalmente mi trovo bene ma ho avuto paura della dose particolarmente elevata.Nella mia ignoranza credo che dosi elevate di Vitamina D possano essere dannose ed ho trovato le quantità RDA e le dosi massime consigliate ed ho deciso che per le mie necessità è sufficiente mezza pastiglia al giorno oppure una pastiglia un giorno sì ed uno no.E' un prodotto interessante visto che nei supermercati trovi pastiglie da soli 200 IU.Consigliato a chi come me usa gli integratori durante tutto l'anno.

Positiv ist die hohe Dosierung von 4000 IE pro Tablette, die es ermöglicht, den Vitamin-D-Bedarf mit geringerer Häufigkeit einzunehmen. Die Tatsache, dass es sich um ein vegetarisches Nahrungsergänzungsmittel handelt, ist ebenfalls lobenswert. Allerdings finde ich die alle vier Tage empfohlene Einnahmefrequenz etwas unpraktisch und hätte eine tägliche Option bevorzugt. Zudem könnten die Informationen zur Dosierung auf der Verpackung klarer sein. Die Herstellung in Großbritannien ist jedoch ein vertrauenswürdiger Faktor.
