    I’ve been using Lindens Omega 3 Fish Oil Capsules for 1 week, and have seen a noticeable improvement in my joint mobility. I love that the capsules are easy to swallow and what i personally noticed that after 15 minutes of digestion it give you a fishy aftertaste when you take it at early time before your break fast, but after that when you eat something it will not give you a fishy aftertaste. The price is excellent, especially compared to other similar supplements on the market. However, the capsules are a bit large, which may be an issue for some. Overall, I’m very happy with the results and would recommend these to anyone looking to improve their general health or joint function.
