I use it to store rolls of fabric, tracing paper (sewing patterns and blocks), yard rulers, rolls of Xmas and birthday paper. Perfect as wont topple over.

While these buckets are good the quality has gone done since the last time I bought them. The older ones are more sturdy, made form thicker plastic. I suspect this is a cost reduction exercise which is a shame , time will tell if the quality reduction affects the lifespan.

I have used this for several months and the garbage cans performance has been impeccable! It is very tough and resists damage!
Perfect for larger items
I keep this is garage and rather than put stuff in the kitchen basket that fills it fast I take a few steps and put it in the Brute. Things like cereal boxes, magazines non recyclable plastics etc. Plus small items, rather than dump in large trash can loose that fly out when city picks up. This way everything stays in the bag I put in the Brute then in city trash can. Very sturdy

Sturdy and the right size light weight but durable
Does what it says. Durable.
It's the classic recycling blue, with the recycling arrow on the side. It's tough, as I expect Rubbermaid products to be. 32 gallons is a moderate size, not like a giant trash can, but plenty large for a typical household's bottles/cans/jugs.It has enough flex that bouncing it around a bit doesn't damage it. I drag it to the curb just fine. I'm tall so I have to stoop over a bit, but that's normal.
Extremely durable.
I bought these a good awhile ago because they were the cheapest large cans I could find and they had good reviews. The same cans sold at my local store are terrible and break after a couple months of the harsh weather in the winter of the north east of the US. I've used these as regular cans when I finished my original purpose and these cans are extremely durable even through -F weather, rain, snow etc these cans have easily made it through and look unscathed while I've had multiple other cans have the bottoms become half broken mostly from the ice. Extremely good deal.
