I have had really poor slow digestion for over 6 months so am trying everything I can to improve it (correcting vitamin & mineral imbalances, taking probiotics, reducing stress). I heard that digestive enzymes could help, but sadly these did nothing for me.I'm glad they had no ill effects (despite being large, quite chalky and difficult to swallow whole, even with a drink).

Since having kids I have developed a number of intolerances and digestive issues, one of which is painful indigestion if I eat eggs for breakfast. This seemed to develop to bacon and sausages as well and despite trying all sorts of things (veggie, meat, low fat, gluten free, grilled etc etc) I couldn’t avoid the pain. Then somebody suggested it could be protein I was struggling to digest first thing. I bought these and haven’t looked back! One of these with my poached egg and avocado on toast and no pain! Brilliant 😊

The ingredients changed and this product no longer works. Before they changed I relied on these tablets to help with my lactose intolerance. Now they do absolutely nothing. A waste of money. Thankfully, I have been refunded & will buy other tablets that I know work.

tl;dr: Kurbelt die Verdauung an, bei hoher Eisweißaufnahme sehr nützlich - reduziert die gefürchteten "Proteindarmwinde" erheblich - Kaufempfehlung [+].In dem Paket befanden sich wie zu erwarten nur die Verdauungsenzyme.Ich empfehle jedem Kraftsportler, der eine hohe Proteinzufuhr hat, diese Enzyme zu testen - besonders dann wenn man Probleme mit der Verdauung hat.Neben einer verbesserten Verdauung - welche das ausbleiben der schrecklichen Proteinfürze bedeutet - tragen diese Enzyme auch dazu bei die Eiweißaufnahme des Körpers zu steigern.Kurz gesagt: Bessere Verdauung - mehr Eiweiß wird vom Körper verwertet - besserer Muskelaufbau.Von mir gibt es, wie bereits erwähnt, für jeden Kraftsportler eine Kaufempfehlung [+].
Works to some extent
I can say it does have an effect to my digestion in a positive way (I take it every day since a couple of weeks now) but not always that I can count on it.
3 stars because of packaging
I was actually debating quite hard whether to give this review even less stars. Just a preface - I did receive the stated amount of tablets (90), this is not the issue.The issue is that I received a bottle that wasn't the appropriate size (see picture one), that wasn't sealed (see picture 3). After taking off the lid I could just shake off the foil that is supposed to seal the bottle. I haven't tried out the product, but I seriously debated returning it just because of the packaging, and the uncertainty whether it was tampered with, and I was even so unsure, that I had to actually count if all tablets were in there.So, just as a tip to the company - I don't know if this is a one off case or not, but make sure it doesn't happen. It's not too much work to take a proper sized bottle and seal it properly. A good product with bad marketing and presentation won't take you far.
