After suffering with plantar fasciitis for a few weeks, I emailed an Ortho consultant at work (I’m an NHS PA) and he recommended these. They are honestly amazing! Straight away, the pain when walking is gone. They are comfy, albeit ever so slightly narrow (as I have wide feet) and they stick brilliantly to the inside of your shoe so they don’t move around. Can’t recommend them highly enough and they’re such a bargain!!

The gel cups are great. I use them all the time. They fit in my slippers, shoes, trainers and golf shoes. I do a lot of walking 3-7 miles per day and my feet definitely ache less now that I've been using these. They are like the memory foam mattress for your feet.
