I have purchased the large 186 serving tub twice and track workout results an supplementation, I cycle on an off firstly the product has worked well for me, fortysomething male. I notice improvement in strength, tone and stamina in my gym weights workouts when i take this product, bodyweight also goes up (water). Improved mental ability as well. It dissolves ok, sometimes it takes while to dissolve. Sometimes gives slight stomach discomfort. Flavourless. Overall is a good supplement. Slightly better than some other makes I have tried. Price has been volatile after covid, used to be cheap then very expensive now somewhere in the middle.

Taste wise thankfully very flavourless, I usually mix it in with berocca in the mornings and it mixes in very well.Admittedly haven't experimented enough to determine how much of a difference it makes in the gym, i.e. taking it versus not taking it. But does seem to make me able to really push that last rep out more.Only thing I will say is that if you don't use the tub quick enough within about 3 months it does start to harden.

Il sapore è molto dolce, quindi, se non lo tollerate, è meglio tenerne conto.Non sono un grande appassionato dei sapori dolci, ma, dato che avevo bisogno di una bevanda per darmi un po' di energia nella fase di pre e post allenamento fisico, ho optato per questo prodotto.
