I've not often found any supplements that have made any noticeable difference as I'm sure a lot of people out there will also experience, but I genuinely think this has made a huge difference. I've been having one scoop daily in my protein shake regardless of if I am due to go to the gym that day, and I think a daily intake of this is generally recommended.On the whole I've felt a lot more active/awake and not needed quite as much energy drink as normal (I realise it's a terrible habit), but I've also noticed a larger amount of energy in the gym. Does this double my workout? No of course not. But it did add another 2-5 reps on exercises taking me that much closer to failure. A key component of keeping well hydrated for the creatine to work its magic, so I can't 100% say it is the creatine that has produced the change and not just keeping myself well hydrated but it has definitely contributed a large portion to this.The scoop per day is only a tiny amount in comparison to the tub too, so 93 servings sounds about right and definitely good value for money.
