I have been using this for years. I am not kidding when I say I look 10 years younger due to my tummy. If I don't take it I'm bloated. It tastes like a virus but it does the trick

This product is worth a try if you suffer from digestive tract problems or bloating - I would recommend it. It is a bit of a faff trying to get the product to dissolve in water just by swirling it round (which is the advice given on the box) but I do sometimes stir it with a plastic spoon and it still works. I’ve definitely seen a benefit after my first box so I will repeat purchase.I do think that it’s a bit expensive but I need it as I notice problems if I run out so I make sure I don’t!The last purchase arrived in an unsecured box and easily opened Bolo cardboard parcel so I’m not happy about that - the product box should have a seal as it is a health product - I’ve dropped a star or two because of that and the price - almost £1 per sachet!

I've been dealing with persistant bloating since I took antibiotics back in December. I've been making changes to my diet, gluten free and dairy free. Decided to take these as a kickstarter for my bloating which leaves my size 10 frame looking 5 months pregnant. However I'm on day 6 and I don't see ant difference really. I was dubious about such claims that will help bloating within 7 days but was desperate enough to try and I'm gutted. I've thought about trying another weeks course but I think I'll put that money towards stronger probiotics. It was easy to take so I'll give it that! Doesn't taste of much. But the results were bleak. Who knows maybe there is a difference and it'll show itself once I stop. If I decide to do another course then I'll update this review. But for now, I give it two stars for ease of use. But did nothing for my bloating.
