    • Consume 1 gel 1 hour before exercise for high intensity, short duration events to ensure the body starts with elevated caffeine levels. In longer duration events consume no more than 2 gels per day. Ensure you keep hydrated. This product is not intended for children, under 16's or pregnant women. Where hydration is important, SiS GO Energy + Caffeine Gel 150mg can also be consumed with SiS GO Hydro or GO Electrolyte to ensure a combination of energy, caffeine and fluid delivery during exercise. When pushing yourself hard, your brain controls how fatigued you feel. Caffeine acts as a stimulant on the brain to lower your perception of effort, allowing you to keep pushing and maybe stretch yourself a little further. 3-9mg of caffeine per kilo of body mass has been found to affect performance. 5 mg per kilo of body mass is thought to be beneficial for endurance performance, which for a 70kg person would equal 350mg. It can take 30-60 minutes after consumption for caffeine levels to peak in the blood, so if you are doing a short duration event (less than 60 minutes) you should take it before you start.

    One of the best gels I've ever tasted. I usually intersperse with with SIS vanilla during triathlon but they've stopped vanilla. I have to.limit the use of these for the sake of caffeine overdose but 15min after taking the kick comes in

    I love a double espresso, and after nearly falling asleep while riding the Ride London 100, thought I'd try these out for those rare times I didn't get a coffee before setting out. Really didn't think it through that these would be really sweet coffee, which I really dislike, so the first time I used one, got that realisation, but got it down me all the same, and had just the energy I needed to get through to the end of that particular ride.While I still don't like sweet coffee, compared to some flavours, they're not bad and the caffeine definitely helps too. Found them good on the stomach so far, although not needed more than one in a ride.

    ich bin überzeugt von SIS Produkte.Sonst bestelle ich immer bei SIS in England direkt aber diesmal war der Preis bei Bolounwiederstehlich. Die Lieferung von SIS direkt war immer Perfekt nur bei dieser von Bolo war die Verpackung total zerdrückt und mit Klebesteifen notdürftig geflickt.Habe das Produkt nur deshalb nicht zurück gesendet weil die Beutel alle in takt waren.Werde ab jetzt meine SIS Produkte wieder bei SIS direkt bestellen.
