    ② When too much or too little water is added, the machine will beep. Please add or reduce water to make water level appropriate.
    ③ If the cup is dirty or there is a lot of air bubbles in the cup, the steamer will pause working and sound. Please clean the dirt and add clean water.
    ④ Please do not add other liquids (such as traditional Chinese medicine water, essential oil, toner water, etc.) in the water cup, otherwise it will cause the machine to spray water.
    ⑤ Do not place the machine higher than the face and use it in uneven places (such as pillows, beds, bedding etc.)
    ⑥ Keep away from the children to prevent burns caused by steam coming out of the nozzle.
    ⑦ Do not add water to the cup when the steamer is working.
    ⑧ When spraying, please be 25cm away from the nozzle.
    ⑨ Please pour the water out of the cup when do not use the equipment for a long time.

    The media could not be loaded. I’ve only used this machine THREE times on my 4th attempt it packed in and wouldn’t work!Very disappointing and have told I’ll need to return it for a refund which is a pain as I need this for my small business

    If the company is reading this I need you to get in touch! The first time I used it produced condensation all down the side of machine and dripping. It’s health and safety and sell faulty machines for a lot of money! I need a replacement but they make it near on impossible to contact! Only a return option which I have no box anymore I need to speak to somebody!

    I’ve used this product a handful of times now the ozone light starts flickering and eventually everything just shuts off. I’ve googled it and says the ozone need replacing but this can’t b the case as it’s virtually brand new
