I've been taking Wellman Max for a while now, and I have to say, I'm pretty impressed. I was feeling quite tired before I started taking them, and I definitely feel like I have more energy now. I've also noticed that I haven't been getting ill as often, but that could just be a coincidence.One thing to be aware of is that the tablets are quite large. This isn't a problem for me, but it might be for some people.Overall, I'm happy with Wellman Max. It's a good quality multivitamin that seems to be doing what it says on the tin. Wellman Max is Effective
I was using regular Wellman for few months, decided to switch to Wellman Max. The differences I can see are quite surprising, and happened within a few days of me taking the tablets.- My sleep is a lot better - I used to get up in the middle of the night and be unable to return to sleep in a timely manner. Unless I have an alarm, I sleep SOUNDLY.- My digestion is a lot better too, more frequent and consistent bowel movements.- My energy is great - if I take a heavy meal in the morning with these, throughout the day, and even into the night, I don't feel tired or worn out anymore.- As a college student, sometimes I just feel worn out or unmotivated - sometimes on this, I feel an increased mental capacity. I'm able to do my schoolwork for a longer period of time.I can't recommend these enough.
