    I bought this skillet specifically for cooking on charcoal. It is perfect. I performed the seasoning procedure which resulted in a completely non-stick surface. I would recommend trimmed fat, finely chopped then rendered in the skillet until crispy. Add coarsely cut onion and caramelise. Try that with your steaks or burgers.

    I bought this pan to assist in searing meat in preparation for slow cooking. I use it on an induction hob and its good thermal mass and low sticky properties have ensured that it meets my requirements perfectly. It is well made and takes up only limited storage space.

    Perfect size, made some yorkshire puds in it so far, works a treat and not too heavy to lift being made out of cast iron due to compact size! Perfect for 2.

    Questa pentolina in ghisa è fantastica. Come tutte le pentole in ghisa, bisogna usarle secondo le istruzioni, quindi chi valuta negativamente dicendo che arrugginisce, o che il cibo ci si attacca, non la sta usando come si dovrebbe. La pentola è in ferro, ,quindi dopo la pulizia bisogna asciugarla completamente (io la rimetto sul fornello per qualche minuto) e oliarla, e durerà molte vite. Eccezionale!

    Malgré un nettoyage et 2 culottages la poêle rouille. Ce n'est pas normal. Impossible de l'utiliser dans ces conditions. Il vaut mieux mettre plus cher pour de meilleurs marques reconnus.

    Malgré l’application attentive des conseils pour utiliser la poêle, d’une part, il existe une pointe de fonte qui bloc la spatule et d’autre part, une adhésion d’œuf qui va nécessité un gratoire.Pas à recommander
