Per me è ottimo ma io lo uso puro sulla pelle laddove ho dolori, contratture ecc. Lo verso in un flacone con lo spruzzino e lo applico 2, 3 volte al giorno fino a risoluzione del problema. Con la punta delle dita (per evitare che metà se lo assorba il palmo della mano) lo massaggio leggerissimamente fino ad assorbimento completo. Profuma in modo meraviglioso e si assorbe in pochissimo tempo senza lasciare residui di alcun tipo.Questo è l'uso che ne faccio io che sono anche soggetto sensibile e mi fa allergia il 90% dei prodotti in commercio, ma detto ciò, ognuno ha la sua sensibilità e se voleste provare ad usarlo anche voi puro io farei prima - sempre e comunque - un test su una zona piccola.
