    Used this vitamin D for a few years now with no issues.Please take a high quality magnesium supplement if you are planning on taking vitamin D. Healthy Magnesium levels are required to activate vitamin D in the body. So if you are low on magnesium you are wasting your money.

    I live in the UK and work indoors most times. So my vitamin D levels can get very depleted. I took these vitamin tablets for the past 3 months and on a recent blood test my vitamin D was great.Granted, I don't feel any difference whatsoever. But if the doctor says that this is doing good to my health; why stop. Right?If you're looking for a vitamin D supplement; this is a great option.
