This product is better than the real thing and so much cheaper. A store cupboard essential for me which has so many uses, it's so versatile and a family favourite. There is nothing negative to say about this syrup. It's difficult to get from supermarkets as they usually only stock the golden syrup so best to rely on Bolo.

I prefer this to real maple syrup (that’s probable blasphemy or something but I’m just being honest!). All the maple flavour but with extra thick gooiness and none of that ‘vegetable-y’ aftertaste you get with real maple syrup. I can’t always get it at the supermarket so I bought 6 bottles to keep me going. Amazing on pancakes and waffles, on gingerbread men or caramel, anywhere you’d use regular golden syrup it adds a bit of richness.
