About this item:
The Hairclipper series 9000 gives you total precision and control of your haircut. With Digital Swipe action, the motorized combs can be set to exactly the length that you want, with 400 length settings from 0.5mm to 42mm. It has a built in Memory function, so that it can remember your precise preferences to consistently give you the results you expect.
The Hairclipper series 9000 is built to last and engineered to perform with our advanced DualCut technology which can power through any hair type. The innovative cutting element combines a double-sharpened cutting element with low-friction engineering; this means that the clipper cuts hair twice as fast as the regular Philips clippers. The high performance cutting element has self-sharpening titanium blades for superior cutting performance, long-lasting sharpness and ultimate durability. The Hairclipper comes with 3 adjustable hair combs, so that you can easily trim from 1 to 42mm, or you can use it without the comb for a close 0.5mm trim.
You can use the clipper corded or cordless for maximum power and freedom, with 120 minutes of cordless power after 1 hour of charge.
It is easy to clean with a detachable cutter and needs no oil so you can maintain your clipper easily. Your clipper also comes with a charging stand and a reliable hard case to ensure it is kept in optimum condition for ultimate power and precision, time after time.
General safety precautions apply, including avoiding use on infants, keeping the trimmer away from water sources, and handling the blades with care to avoid skin irritation or eye injury. Follow recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very smooth cut - worth the money
Bought this recently to replace my Babyliss clipper that was starting to snag a bit and wasn't holding its charge - barely managing to get through even one hair cut.My girlfriend took it to my head today and I'm really surprised by how smooth it was - it doesn't pull and no matter how thick the hair was it seemed to glide through it easily. She also said it's very light but much easier to handle than the Babyliss so a thumbs up from her :)The motorised combs are probably a bit of a gimmick and for me the chances are I won't really need to use many of the settings as I just tend to go for a short back and sides - but having the options there certainly do no harm, and the displays do make the device look pretty snazzy :)Having come from a traditional hair clipper with standard barber grade combs I found what the lengths were for each barber comb (I use 2 and 3) and then added the settings to the memory (the clipper comes with 3 combs and allows 3 settings to be stored for each comb, a great time saver). As I wasn't sure how the the traditional barber grades would translate into mm I used slightly longer settings initially and then gradually reduced the lengths until I got it just right - I then saved these to memory ready for the next time.On the whole this is a really good clipper but being able to set your length settings by .1 of a mm increments thus giving 400 settings is probably a bit overkill and the motorised comb are a but gimmicky but still, they do a great job and cut through even thick hair like a knife through butter. Really great value for money and also looks really nice, with a good weight and the maintenance free titanium blades should ensure they stay sharp for many years. An excellent product!
5.0 out of 5 stars Modern multi length mens hair trimmer.
Top brand, well designed mens hair trimmer, easily charged and lasts at least an hour in constant use. Bought one at the start of the Covid Lockdown and as it has multi click in size variation comb guides, you simply click in the preferred length comb, set the digital length making sure to lock the length by holding the memory button (tip keep checking the memory is displaying the correct size as it is possible to accidently alter it) for which there are three. Make sure to keep the base of the clicked in comb to the scalp then simply glide it from back to front or reverse. Do a final redo all over and it should be neat. Then if shorter needed on sides then start at bottom and left up where you want it to blend in (take the length guide off to shave as such of course) Simple really. To sum up, found this so useful that have just bought this one as a 'spare' so no need to worry about being discontinued and found out spare diamond technology cutter replacements are quite expensive. Can only highly recommend it even around the £80 mark and if you see it cheaper still then grab it whilst you can, like I did for my spare one.
4.0 out of 5 stars easy to use
I recently purchased the Philips hair trimmer and I have to say, I am extremely impressed with its performance. The trimmer is well-designed and easy to use, with a comfortable grip that makes it simple to maneuver around my head. The adjustable comb allows me to achieve the perfect length for my hair, and the precision blades ensure a clean and even cut every time.I appreciate the versatility of this trimmer, as it can be used for trimming both facial hair and head hair. The included attachments make it easy to switch between different lengths and styles, and I love that I can use it for everything from shaping my beard to trimming my hair.Another great feature is the cordless design of the trimmer, which allows for complete freedom of movement. The battery life is impressive, lasting for a long time on a single charge, so I don't have to worry about running out of power during a trimming session.Overall, I would highly recommend the Philips hair trimmer to anyone in need of a versatile and efficient grooming tool. The quality and performance of this trimmer are top-notch, and it has quickly become an essential part of my grooming routine. Whether you're looking to shape your beard, trim your hair, or both, this trimmer is sure to get the job done.

Good quality very pleased
1.0 out of 5 stars Stopped working after one use
The device stopped working after one use. When I went to use it the second time, the swipe / touch function was not working, so I could not adjust the millimetre value.Having used them for years, I am done with Philips now. They are seemingly incapable of making products that work AND LAST, yet they want top dollar. Enough is enough.Read the negative views and avoid this product / brand.
5.0 out of 5 stars Easy to use hair clippers digital setting
Great hair clippers easy to work nice light weight comfortable to hold.
3.0 out of 5 stars Quirky to change and not as good as dedicated head pieces
Overall the shaver is ok, does the job.But more detail, it is not fun to change the 3 heads, it always feels like you’re going to break it in the process. When the head is on, there’s an odd touch scroll system to mechanically set the length to your precise (to 1 decimal length). This actually works well, but doesn’t feel great to do.Finally, cut is great at low lengths but I find the upper end of each head is less effective.Generally ok, but if you want a better cut, just go for heads you swap out manually at set lengths. Not convinced it’s worth the extra money for the gadgetry.
DECEVANT
Five Stars
Great Maschine!!!
Great quality
My last Philips hair trimmer lasted for over 10 years so it made sense to buy another one. The only thing I didn't notice was that the electrical plug was for the UK, not Australia.
very good product
Thank you
