BetterYou DLux3000 is an optimum strength daily oral vitamin D spray. Deliverying 3000IU (75μg) of vitamin D3 per dosage. The pinoerring delivery method allows vitamin D to be absorbed directly into the bloodstream, bypassing the digestive system where many nutrients are lost. A spray provides the active ingredient in micro-sized droplets. The plume of the spray is designed to coat the inside of the mouth, in particular the buccal membrane of the inner cheek which research shows it the most effective area of absorption.

Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifier (acacia gum, sunflower lecithin), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), flavouring (natural peppermint oil).

I am always on the go and my therapist reccomended I keep this in my bag as I am prone to low vit d and want to keep on top of my vitamins. Minty taste, easy to use and does the job. Will repurchase when I run out.
Convenient and not awful to take
I'm perpetually vitamin D deficient and for whatever reason capsules and tablets don't do much at least according to labs. The spray mechanism works well and the actual spray isn't gross-tasting. It has a generic sweet taste, it reminds me of sweet tea a bit but with a light little puff of mint. It doesn't leave an aftertaste or any weird texture behind.
Effective Product!
I normally get my vitamin D naturally through the sun for at least seven months out of the year. But as soon as autumn arrives, the sun is not powerful enough to give me the vitamin D my body needs. This is a problem for me as I don’t like taking oral supplements because you have to eat a rather large meal for the oral vitamin D to adequately absorb into your body. So this is why I choose ‘transdermal’ vitamin D, as it gets absorbed faster upon skin contact.The Better You Dlux vitamin D spray is both efficient and convenient. After using it for several weeks, my body’s energy levels have increased and my fatigue is starting to disappear. My mood has also uplifted and the sadness I usually feel in winter has gone away. Though, I still have yet to get my blood tested to see if this product has raised my levels into the ‘normal’ range. Yet for the short term, I have definitely noticed a positive improvement in my overall health and it is even helping me to combat my insomnia which is due to low vitamin D levels!This product is pleasant to use and has a very nice minty taste that is not too sweet nor bitter. I also like the ease of application. I spray it directly underneath my tongue and keep it there for 20 seconds and swallow. Afterwards, you’ll start to feel the sensation of this vitamin D do its work! Best of all, this product contains approximately 100 doses of spray. This bottle will last for a solid three months if you use just one spray each day. I highly recommend this vitamin D as it’s affordable, effective and very easy to use! I will definitely be buying more!
