NO POTENCY WHATSOEVER! Returned it!
Took this for a few days after receiving and noticed nothing at all even though expiration date is 2022, so tried the milk test (2%, room temperature) and NOTHING. Just liquid milk after 48 hours, not the solid mass it should be if there are live acidophilus bacteria in it. I guess one shouldn't buy live bacteria in the summer! I noticed the return label was to a seller in Las Vegas so maybe it wasn't refrigerated properly there since I get my mail as quickly as I can after it is delivered since I live in Utah (hot and dry like Arizona). I'm sure this was fine when it was first manufactured, since NOW is a great brand that I've purchased for many other supplements but there is something wrong in the chain of delivery here. So, if you suspect the bacteria capsules you're diligently taking are just a tomb of crumbled white death, you're probably right. :-)
