Hard to find a gel pack that doesn't taste revolting. These SIS lemon ones are the only ones I've found that I like. Good for when the legs turn to jelly!

Realy helped me with my last half marathon, i was struggling but I noticed a definite difference within 10mins of taking them. The flavour is not too bad but they did seperate so i got a strong flavour one minute and no flavour for the other half. I suggest giving them a good mix before using them.

I've had to mark the rating down as when the box arrived there was 1 gel pack missing. That being said they're vert easy to use, great taste and good value for money. The texture us stange if you're trying gels for the first time but it's nothing sickly. Perfect size to fit into a pocket for portability when out exercising.Easy on the stomach, great quality, shame the same couldn't be said for the pre dispatch checks.

Energy Gel
Eignet sich sehr gut für längere Ausdauereinheiten. Geht schnell runter und schmeckt angenehm, nicht zu süß.
Gutes Mittel für Diabetiker
Ein super Mittel für mich als Diabetiker, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
Wirkung ok, Geschmacklich und Konsistenz naja...
Ich habe dieses Gel ausprobiert, weil es als relativ natürlich im Geschmack und nicht so süß laut den Rezensionen beschrieben wurde.Von der Wirkung ist es ok, also es hat mich auf alle Fälle bei der zweiten Hälfte gut gepusht. Aber geschmacklich ist es nicht so meines und vor allem die Konsistenz von Klümpchen und Flüssigkeit ist so gar nicht meines. Vielleicht hätte ich es vorher schütteln müssen, oder kneten damit es sich nicht trennt, aber dafür hab ich beim Laufen keine Zeit.Geschmacklich recht neutral, eher pickig wegen der relativ festen Konsistenz, zu wenig sauer für meine Erwartung und null Erfrischung, wie ich mir eigentlich erwartet hätte. Ich war richtig enttäuscht. Vielleicht war meine Lieferung auch nicht richtig gelagert worden, und ist mal zu heiß oder kalt geworden...Die Verpackung ließ sich schwer öffnen, das ist auch mühsam wenn man eh schon ein bisschen fertig ist.Nicht mein Geschmack, ich werde wieder auf meine normale Marke umsteigen. Bei mir wirken die Gels auch alle recht ähnlich, und es geht vor allem um handling und Geschmack für mich.
